What do you do when stressed?

Moon in the 8th. When stressed: I like peace and quiet. Will curl up with a nice book in a cozy atmoshere - preferably at home. If not home - will visit friends to talk it through in a calm and civilized manner. Would appreciate concerned friends and family asking what is wrong and how they can help. Usually don't accept any help but talking about the problem really helps. Actually I believe anything could be worked out in a calm and civilized manner.

I have a Libra moon. At 29 degrees, but it's still Libran =). When I'm stressed... I usually just do things that let my mind cool down and relax. Listen to music (although I do that all of the time already). Lay down. Read something light but interesting. Sometimes just sitting with nothing to do in complete peace and silence in my room. My moon's in the fifth house.IP: Logged |

i verballize, alot.
everyone knows everything going on in my head. i guess i let everything out in the open. then i feel better, after i get everyones input of the situation and i come to a conclusion then i feel better.

I have a Libra Moon - when I'm stressed I like to 1) talk about it, then 2) If I'm unable to do something about the issue that causes me stress (ie; restore balance) I, 3) try to do something that takes my mind off it IP: Logged |

I am a double Libra Sun and moon. When stressed I usually shout and get agitated or irritable but to relax I like to talk it over with my friends, have a bath, go for a drive, read poetry and LISTEN TO MUSIC, my biggest love and just try to restore my faith in life, passion and love.xxxxxxxxx IP: Logged |

I really wish I knew why people like Libra Mooners, if anybody knows, could you tell me?well, mine is in the 6th. When stressed I turn to escapism. That has had many shapes and forms over the years. Right now, it's just remove myself from the situation, go to bed, put ipod in head, and disconnect. Stress makes me sick. Really, I will be stressed, and then soon after catch a cold, a virus, get a migraine, something. It's a dumb place to have your moon and I hate it. Just sayin' IP: Logged |

Mine is in the 11th. At 14 degrees, conjunct retrograde Jupiter at 12 degrees. They're both conjunct the 12th house cusp.I'm always stressed haha I think alot, and a care alot, and the combination is detrimental because I catch myself where I might (at the tinsiest possibility) make myself resentable, and I care so much to not, and to be loved I guess that I don't take the risk. I do a lot of passive emotion venting (which I like to call shˇtting my emotions, Lilith conjunct Asc. ) on the internet because there's no eminent consequence, as in real life. People love us because we love them; we care; we're emotionally responsible, or at least emotionally responsive. ------------------
