do you guys with mercury in scorpio ever speak!? do you feel secretive and observe rather than speak? do you say things in least amount of words as possible?i'm just wondering because i know one who also has venus in scorpio and a cappy moon in addition to mercury in scorpio that likes to stay very, very quiet. how do i get him to open up and elaborate on you know, feelings? when he does get emotional, he just cries and while he is crying, there is no speaking. do you talk with your eyes alot? i never saw him do this, but he does hide behind glasses. it's just hilarious to me because i have mercury in gemini and i email him like a book and he mails me back a few sentences. so, what do you guys like to talk about? what would interest you? what would draw you out? would trust be a major issue when expressing deep, emotions and feelings? just wondering. Why are you even compelled to try to figure all that out?I don't think my Merc, Mars & Neptune in Scorpio, all in my 6th, could ever be capable of being that secretive with my girl unless I were a secretive person, period. Could it be my Cancer Moon in the 3rd? Don't know. IP: Logged |

I once lived with a man with Mercury in Scorpio and let me tell you, I have never met anyone so sarcastic in all my life. He had the kind of humor that only HE found funny. Dry humor.... he really know how to push all the right buttons to make you lose your mind! He was also very sensative, he would start talking about emotions and cry but that was only when he spoke about HIS emotions, when it came to other people... that dry, unemotional mouth would come into action....IP: Logged |

I have Mercury in Scorpio. I'm pretty chatty/social. I often have "open mouth, enter foot" syndrome. But I'm not really very secretive (it's too much trouble). As for getting him to open up and elaborate on his feelings, I would look maybe to the moon placement as well? I have a Scorp friend, don't know what his other planetary placements are, but he's exactly like the guy you're talking about, man of so few words that it's almost annoying. As for how to get him to talk more, I just don't, it's part of who he is, I just accept it and realize that when we hang out I'll be doing most of the talking, which he seems to like, takes the pressure off of him.

AJ, this guy had some character let me tell you as a friend he was great... amazing to laugh with, drink and have a good time with actually thats how we started as friends, we knew each other for 5 years before anything happened.... I had vowed never to date a man with children, but because we used to have such a good time together i said why not, let's give it a shot... never again, his children were all of a sudden the most important thing in his life (not that there is anything wrong with that) but the minute he would come home from a trip (he was a truck driver, montreal to California) he'd be gone 10 days and here for 4... the minute he's come back to town the phone would start ringing, his sons begging to come over, never a moment free... and he'd go get them, they basically ran his life for the 4 days he was here and don't forget his ex, she ran his life to, he used to tell me, its hard to please everyone, yeah i understand but the only person your supposed to please your not ! Anyhow his sun was sag with a sag moon and asc libra, mercury and neptune scorpio (all in his 2nd house) he's 38 years old and but im convinced he needs therapy, the stuff that comes out of his mouth is all paranoia, he thinks everyone is out there to screw him for $$$. That's all he thinks about is money, money, money and how people are. He is extremly negative. I used to tell him, things go so bad for you because your negative, try thinking positive.... Didn't want to hear about it... when I was around he didnt want me to be, when I finally left a year later, broke up on Valentine's Day, ever since then he calls, comes to the bar I work at, bring teddy bears but its too late now. Some people are like that, I'm convinced he loves misery and rejection! Tina

Hi Puppyblew, I have merc. Scorp, along with sun, pluto, sat... People who don't know me would say I'm a quiet and shy person. People who know me will say I have the ability to talk their ears off, maybe that's just my social Libran side. Generally I don't like to speak up in Public, but thats just out of fear of being criticized. Usually if people attempt to speak to me one on one, I am a very open communicator. On the other hand if I'm attracted to the person I become a little flustered, and lose focus. But I think that's more of a girl thing then a Merc. Scorp thing. IP: Logged |

Although my lovelife interfered with any job opp here, I will post anyways - meaning, if he's happy, why would he need therapy?"Deadbolt Voodoo Trucker Cargo Deadbolt, the self-proclaimed "Scariest Band In The World," changes lifestyles as often as they release albums. Voodoo Trucker contains fourteen tales and portraits based on their experiences in the field of supernatural transportation. Most of the music is slow, surfy, and heavily reverbed, perfect backdrops for the grim stories as told by Harley Davidson's slow deep voice. Think of a recently paroled James Earl Jones. In "Voodoo Curse," we learn the wiles of the Voodoo Trucker, while "Roadside Cross" gives us a peek into the mind of a deranged highway killer. "The Mocker" and "Let's Truck" are brilliant examples of CB radio crankery -- the Jerky Boys could learn a thing or two. 10-4, dead buddy.
