Happy T Day to all of those who celebrate the Holiday! Eats lots but take care of yourself driving home. Now we are going into Sag Sun, and so temptation is around the corner in every form.

Take Care, and Good Luck (Bonne Chance)

LOL, AJ... that's a funny pic

Turkeys... yeah... I don't feel so bad about eating them. Have you ever dealt with a live turkey? They're mean buggers!

I used to always go to my aunt and uncle's farm for Thanksgiving when I was a kid. They always slaughtered their own bird. I can't count the number of times I was cornered by one of those darned birds. Ooooh they were mean!

One year while I was there, one of their pigs had a litter (or whatever it's called with pigs). My uncle let me pick one out to keep there as my own little piggy pet. I picked one with a bunch of black spots, and named it Dani (My name is Danielle ). It wasn't until I was about 17 that I found out that it was the following years ham . They just passed off some other pig as Dani-pig every year.

Thankfully, I don't eat ham.
