Does anyone else have the sensation of time slowing down in the last few hours?

Seems to be going by slow, although usually, it seems to fly by ...

Ahhh ummm... Im at work out the moment, normally time flies, and I'm wondering why im not outa here yet!

Yeah, I think it's part metabolism, although I was told, that's not the end-all answer.

That's the natural "well being" chemical in many foods.

I see! Well I had a falafel roll for lunch...
It might have been the carbs, making me feel sluggish, I should up the protein for lunch, I normally don't eat that much carb.

Actually tryptophan is not the feel good chemical. It is, however, a precursor to the feel good chemical.
Tryptophan cannot pass directly into the brain, and therefore it is broken down first into 5-htp, which you can buy over the counter, and finally into serotonin. Serotonin is associated with feelings of well being.
Trytophan is also converted into melanin, which is known to be associated with sleep induction!
