Nice People!Pisces Ascendants, and Cancer ones, deserve some praise. They are like cuddly flannel shirts, (most of the time) When you don't disturb their homes too much. Natasha Taurus IP: Logged |

My Daughter is a Libra with Gemini Moon and Pisces rising.I wuv the witle bumpkins sooooooooo much. *a story* My four year old daughter, as I was tucking her in tonight,~ I said " I am so glad I get to tuck you in tonight" She said " I like that you brushed my teeth too." Me~ "Yeah.. daddy does a good job but it is nice to be home to do it for you." Her~ *earnest look on her face* "Yeah.. when nana brushes my teeth, she goes 'Ch ch ch' and then it's done! Then we go bed.... but you're supposed to brush your teeth for a looong time.... " me~ "So what do you say to nana?" her~ "Nothing, I like it better that way." I howled!!!!! So honest. So true. Gotta love the children. My charming Libra/Pisces rising lady. Bath time and bed time are the most precious times in a child's life, I swear!!!! IP: Logged |

pixel, your story gave me a smile! very close to home for me.i have a 3.5 year old. i totally agree, bath/bedtime is my fav. my daughter is a gem w/ can asc&moon. here is my story of honesty from thanksgiving weekend. we dropped her off at kids camp in the hotel. -minimum age is 4- so here is the dialog- me- "honey you are going to a special camp today." her-"YEAAAAAAHHH" me- "this special camp is for older kids. you have to be 4 years old, some kids are even 5 or 6 or 7." her- "i'm not 4 mama, i'm 3eeeeee" me- "WELL you're almost 4, so we are going to pretend you are 4 today. we are telling a lil' fib, but only for today!" her- *laffs* "you're silly mommy" me- *reconsiders corrupting her sweet innocent mind* me- "so ok sweetie, how old are you today?" her- "!!!!!4!!!!!" me whispering before we enter building- "ok how old are you again" her (also whispering)- "fhhhooor" ok, we walk into camp, she runs over to the table where the other kids are sitting, and begins to integrate. so i'm signing her in, filling out her emergency info, etc. then i hear her shout to the child-care worker "i'm 4, it's a fib, but just for today" she said it 5 times!!!! AAAAGGGGGGG!! i was beyond embarrased!! i could feel my face burn. the worker smiled and winked at me.. i pretended i was distracted and had something important on my mind. kids are great! Do Pisces Ascendants get sad about small things? I talked to one the other day who I like very much, and he said that he couldn't talk because he was in a bad mood. I asked if he wanted to talk about it? Maybe that wasn't what he wanted to do? He told me that a can of tomato sauce had rolled under the fridge and he he had tomato sauce everywhere. I couldn't help out, I was at work.Since then he has been wary-acting, Does this mean that Pisces Ascendants prefer to rescued from kitchen disasters? Unfortunately I need help in the kitchen too, I just burned up my pans this week and had to buy new ones. (Neptune conjunct Ascendant opp Sun) What do you think? Is this a bad sign? Is he po'd at me because I couldn't help? Sounds odd, but knowing he is moody and feeling down lately. If you have a Pisces Ascendant, enlighten me as to what you want when you are feeling down. We both know that Pisces isn't so good at communicating some of the time. And please tell me, how bad is it if I'm not that great at cooking? Should I at least make cookies? Natasha IP: Logged |

Natasha, both I and my hubby have Pisces Risings. When we are 'in the mood' we act very differently. He wants to hide somewhere and you are better off leaving him alone for the time being until he clears up everything in his head. I need to talk it through, get some advice and I'm a sucker for attention so to me talking about problems is the best way to solve them. All I can say about Pisces risings is We are way too moody to try and predict what we need when a problem arises. My best friend who is a Pisces with a Gemini rising always said that if you want to help somebody you open your ears and LISTEN to them IP: Logged |

Thanks Yin, I would listen, but he's not talking.Usually the only way we "make up" is through cuddling, my intiative. I get frustrated sometimes, not knowing if it's okay yet. And not talking is hard for me, I suppose he just isnt' that verbal. I am very verbal with Mars opp Merc. He also has Saturn conjunct Ascendant, so it's like a wall sometimes. He often says he is moving to Mexico, is this just a daydream? Or do I take it seriously? Sometimes he says things like this for attention, but I have a hard time taking it seriously. Then If I do take it seriously, he changes his mind. He gives me sly looks, do you know what I mean? Natasha

natasha, Pisces Rising men want to be south after, to be adored, to be chased after (but then again, who doesnt want that). They will never tell you that but they desperately need your attention. If they refuse your company when they feel down - most likely they do not feel emotionaly connected with you. I have a Pisces Rising myself and I do become seclusive when I feel down. I only want to be with the one I love at that time - to quitely massage my feet, to hold me and kiss me and to do not talk, no questions or explenations, just be there. When the down mood is over - I`d tell him what has bothered me.IP: Logged |

That's part of the problem-I can't be there to massage his feet when he's down, time, and work keep us apart. I can't work any harder than I do to be with him, but I am already spending two weekends a month with him. To me with my schedule, that's a lot, but maybe it's not enough. It's too bad, I would be good at chasing him, if I could take more time off of work! Natasha

I'm like Yin's hubby when I'm upset. I want to go hide in my little corner and be left alone. I don't like talking about my problems but if I messed up I never get mad at other people for it. Usually when something happens that puts me in a bad mood, I'll have to go off and get over it myself. But, I wouldn't get mad at someone else if they couldn't help, I wouldn't even consider it so. I don't think you should worry about him being mad at you for that. But that's just me. Hope that helped.IP: Logged |
