Hi! I´ve been studying my natal chart taking each aspect of each planet and searching on Internet what it means (maybe a little clumsy method). But there´s something that scares me, maybe needs a more accurate analysis from you experts:Mercury-Jupiter (Sesquiquadrate) Mercury-Saturn (Sesquiquadrate) I´ve read that i have to interpret a sesquiquadrate as a square (what means something that can be a problem or an opportunity), but also I´ve read that it can be something more irritant and problematic than a square or semisquare. How do you interpret that?. Jupiter tells me that i have to achieve mental freedom. Saturn wants more mental discipline. It seems contradictory and i I don´t know what to improve and If I could. Thanks all for reading. Sun - Pisces in 4th house Moon - Gemini in 7th house Mercury - Acuarius in 3th house AC - Scorpio MC - Virgo

WELCOME First of all, never heard of a Sesquiquadrate (can't even spell that lol). The major aspects are square, conjunction, oppositon, trine and sextile. I think it's advised to concentrate on those. Anyways don't be affraid of some interpretation (i've read some pretty scary interpretations 2, sometimes they go for the shock factor ...i don't like that). And remeber you can change anything FREE WILL... maybe someone can help you more with what it all means IP: Logged |

Yes, welcome sadpisces I'm unsure how to interpret that as yet. I hope you can get some help with what's confusing you. You know you can sign up to the astrology course too? I'm just learning myself and it's helped me understand my chart already. Best of luck to you IP: Logged |

hey sadpisces! I just went and looked in my notes that I took from various sources while I've been studying. What my notes say is that a sesquiquadrate is actually weaker than a square, and is annoying and irritating rather than difficult. It's just a minor tense aspect, not as *negative* as a square. So it's not worse, just kind of like a mosquito in your ear type of thing. I unfortunately haven't had a deeper look into sesquiquadrates so I can't really help you on the interpretations further. You have sympathetic Signs in houses ( It's called something.. someone else can help with the title) Pisces, a water sign, in the water sign house of Cancer.... Gemini where Libra rules... etc.I wouldn't focus so much on contradictions.. besides, there are much stronger points in your chrt, no doubt.. aspects to the angles, conjunctions, oppositions.. and you'll probably find a heck of a lot more contradictions. The value lies in weighing the good and bad.. what you can learn and overcome from the negative, and what resonates for a deeper sense of identity from the positive., Don't be sad, pisces. I hope you decidde to change your screen name, as you find better things about your chart. Don't focus on the negative.. don't ignore it either... Saturn has some excellent attributes. IP: Logged |
