Ok, well, I read this in an astrology book and I'll be perfectly honest and admit I'm kinda p***** about it. Apparently, with my Virgo in Venus + my Virgo sun sign, I should be, like, totally frigid! I am NOT frigid. It put it in this nicey, cover-up way of saying 'their modesty may be enchanting' etc, but what they really meant was that we're clean freaks and hard to bed! I've always thought I was kind of desperate actually.. but of course, because of my age, I haven't actually had sex yet- but now I'm worried (yeah, I have Mercury in Virgo too, *great*) that I'm going to be completely frigid when I'm older! This doesn't help that I've just discovered my eighth house is in Virgo too. Doesn't eighth house represent sex?!

Has anyone here actually known any Virgo in Venus people they can comment on?

hi night force...
my venus is in virgo too...but im not frigid...oh!no!not at all...
i am however concerned abt my surroundings...the place shd be comfortable n clean...any dark hole simply doesnt do...n i am anythin but frigid wen things build up...
but no man's gonna touch me with unclean hands oh no...and he better smell good...
oh and i think virgo in venus can really please...its a little shy about recieving so i need to know tht my partner really really wants to do me (blush blush)...
i have a mars conjunct venus...i guess tht helps...but then the conjunction is in virgo...
don ya worry...venus in virgo is hot!!

Virgo's and those with virgo in venus are not frigid. Sometimes they do need someone to help them bring out the more passionate side though... well, only as long as the person has freshly showered first.

Virgo is not actually frigid per say. think that they are just a little reserved in the beginning and take awhile to accept a new idea o experiment in the bedroom. I know this one guy who has his Venus in virgo- and he is FAR from frigid. But lemme- tell you- he's picky and real selective in what he will indulge in only because he doesn't want to give the wrong impression at first. Remember, irgo is an Earth sign- which means that there is fire under the ice- earth sigs are sensual. Mayb not "passionate" like a Scorpio or a fire sign, but sensual and romantic in their own way. Also, look at your Venus' aspects.
If it aspects Saturn- you may be quite inhibited. Otherwise- if it aspects Uranus or Neptune you wouldn't be necesarily "frigid".

Isn't it true that Virgo's are supposed to at least think about sex as much as Scorpio's but not as open about it, or act on it? (gotta look a lil Virgin like and all..)Also, theyre can be very 'agreeable' in bed (since they like to please..) and freaky too!

lol I always thought Virgos are the kinky-est (just not openly), but not frigid at all. I've read some bad things bout the clutter (well only moon/mars/neptune, but still, nough for a clutter) of capricorn in my chart (frigidity galore) and it's deffinetly not me either. Earth signs have a hidden warmth I think. It comes out with the people close to them. and Btw from an Aries sun to an Aries moon..sweety u're NOT frigid

I just got a book yesterday and it may have some useful info for ya! The book is small, but quite interesting, only about 7 dollars: Astrology Through a Psychic's Eyes, by Sylvia Browne. Here's the opening of the Virgo chapter:

The Virgo, known as "the Virgin" is promiscuous. Virgos are also known as the "wh*res of the zodiac." Whenever I say that to Virgos they say, "Yeah, that's right!" Any other sign says, "Oh, no!"

Virgos are promiscuous, but they have a very prudish exterior. They are very sexually oriented, but they have an immense ability to sublimate this sexual energy. They can redirect it, thank God!

Anyway, it's an interesting read, and I find it to be pretty accurate. It says things that most astrology books don't. However, if you're a Taurus, you may want to skip this book-- they aren't portrayed in a flattering way. (Which is sad; I love Taureans!)

wow thank you very much for all that. There is always some confusion with my chart because the one my mum did still says I am Leo in Venus but even if not the website says I am Virgo in Venus by, like, 0 degrees. Does that make much difference?

Oh besides, I was never worried about my Sun sign, I have always thought us Virgos were big sl*ts anyway lol! There are other Virgos I know who are way worse than me in that area, aLthough I do agree with the cleanliness thing. Surely there's nothing worse than waking up in your own filth?

I think that has to be the greatest misconception of ALL astrology. That Virgo's are like that. NO !!!

And I have Venus & Pluto Conjunct in Virgo in the 4th.

The other misconception is that Air Signs are always detached. Nah to that too !!!

I've seen both sides of the coin. My Virgo ex was always into it...night, day, floor, stairs, standing up, laying down, on all fours...WHATEVER. Ah yeah. He wasn't frigit by any stretch of the imagination. (*sniff-sniff* and I miss him dearly - not just for the sex, though )

My current Virgo sweetie, well with him, there is a time and place for sex, and he resents feeling pressured to deviate from those predetermined conditions. I.E. Weekend mornings only, at home, in bed, door shut, and only once per weekend, but not every weekend, that would be overdoing it. and certainly not when there's something that has to be done, or he has to go somewhere fairly early that day. He's not very spontanious or adventurous sexually, and it's not even something he's interested in working on. He has Saturn in the 8th too, though...so - yeah. But, I do have to add, that when he does get down and dirty, he's no slacker, likes the 'long version' and he has dern fine equipment too. I just wish he would put it to work on me more often

Yeah. She was a little "demure," I think thats the word. Gave it off without flaunting. I expected her to be a dirty little slate in bed though.

Maybe the prude thing is going a bit too far with Virgo. Earth signs should really be the dirtiest as Earth is physical.
