OK..guess it is time to think about this again...where does the time fly each year??? Thanks Natasha, I needed to give this some thought!!

-Give up drinking Coca-cola (usually my Lenten sacrifice per my Catholic religion...now I am upping it to my New Years resolution before I burn in hell for breaking it during Lent! Ha,ha!!)

-Take my multi-vitamin EVERY DAY! (as opposed to whenever I remember to take that horse-pill!)

-Stand up for myself more within my family and accept that time away from them is OK. I do not have to take s*** from my family just because they are my blood. I certainly don't take it from anyone else in my life...

-Get back into a regular Yoga routine ( I joined a new gym and the classes are totally different times than I was used to-gotta get into the new schedule!)

-Give up daily coffee (I drink too much caffeine and whole milk with lots of sugar!)

-Be more gentle with myself (Not sure which aspects make me so perfectionistic...I am WAY too hard on myself!)

OK-That's enough!!

Merry Christmas Everyone! Happy 2005!! Bring it on!!!

Mine are.....

To perfect Spanish and learn Itlian and possible Japanese!

To take better care of myself, health wise..

To start helping other mores, and to take action for people who need it rather than just think about it.

There are lots of little things I resolve to do every year (several times a year, in fact!) like work out, save money, spend more time with family. But this year I really want to turn over a new leaf and stop focusing so much on all the things I want and to be happy with the things I have so far. Just last night I was thinking that I'm certainly not on top of the heap, but I do have a lot to be thankful for. If I could realize this everyday I'm sure I could be much happier!

Best wishes to everyone for the new year!

VTT, your answer struck me as so absurd it was touching! I'll help you wish you could build a robot! (The oddest things get to me!) Oh, wow... funny stuff!

:insert robot icon here:

(yeah, I don't know how to do that, so this is my thought that counts!)

1. To stop sucking so bad

2. To stop messing things up for myself

3. To practice what I preach

4. To stop letting people walk all over me

5. To stop chasing butterflies for five seconds and figure out wtf I need to be doing with my life

They don't sound very positive, but this bollocks that's going on with my moon square Jupiter and Saturn today is not agreeing with me.

1.Keep doing the things that work both for the long and short term.
2.Find the things that aren't working, and either reformat or get rid of them.
3.Other stuff.
4.Revisit and define answer #3.

To Clear away as much as possible that is holding me back - physical environment, health issues, personnal issues, etc.

thank you future_uncertain! I decided to start thinking outside of the box of what most people think of as new year's resolutions, and I've always been interested in robots and it struck a chord with me. Who knows, I might decide to venture that!
