Basically the red lines indicate stressful aspects and the blue lines indicate friendly aspects.

Astro.com also has an area under horoscopes called "astro click portrait" I like it because you can click on one of those aspects and get a definition.

I would go through that and the "individual" portrait part to get some information on your chart. Then come and ask specific questions.

It would be extremly labor intensive to run a chart and post it here for you. If you have a question about what your Sun and Moon sign means, then post it and you'll get some great responses.

Once that is done, you will no doubt, start to say "yay" or "Nay" to what has been delivered to you, thereby either a) proving that astrology is a farce as far as you're concerned or 2) conceeding that some points are right, but that those traits can be found in various populations / people.

In astrology we have free will- as in all aspects of our lives. So if I were to tell you that being a Cancer man with a Virgo means that you are very sensitive to criticism, but you have no problem delivering it on a platter to loved ones would you say "yay" or "nay"?

Or how about if I said that emotionally you tend to depend on women, have close ties to your mother and when upset you withdrawal into your own world? You may be very analytical, even slightly cold- emotionally when backed into a corner.

I could say that having Mercury conjunct Venus in Leo means you can be quite charming and flirtatious- maybe you like to travel alot or read about travels. Quite possibly you find people to flirt with while you travel, teach or discuss philosophical ideals (Merc and Venus in the 9th - as is your Sun) Actually having the Sun in the 9th may give you some qualities like my sun- Sagittarius, meaning for a Cancer you enjoy traveling- getting out in the open and trying new things (my mom is also a Cancer with this House position). Personally, I have my Sun in the house ruled by Cancer (the 4th) so for a Sag, I am more of a homebody and I am protective over my house

You have Mars in the 5th house in Aries (squaring your Sun) your temper may astound you at times and you are quite competitive- do you play sports? Or do you coach kids. You may even already have a bunch of little ones.

You have Saturn in the 8th..lots of people hate that position. It scares them - makes them think that people with that house position are afraid of sex...LOL..not so- I have that position and I am not afraid of sex- I just don't like things that can be crude and a lover can turn me off if they are dirty or gross. You may also find that you have to handle other people's money- such as a mate, or family money / land issues.

You chart is also very "upper hemisphere" heavy. That is usually indicative of someone that likes to be in the public eye or the center of attention. My Taurus fiance has this kind of chart. Mine is the opposite. Most of planets are located on the lower hemisphere..I like being behind the scenes where I can influence rather than vocalize.

With a Scorp rising you may have darker features (but that also depends on your race) and an intense stare. People may either instantly like you or hate you..but with Neptune also in the 1st house - you may seem somewhat dreamy - large eyes....

I guess I was hoping to see something that had not yet fully come into view and if it fit with logic or feeling, recognize it.

there is no yay or nay, but there is the idea to see how much the universe knows about me I guess. I will fight to the end to have control over things and if not that, then control over how I am affected by them.

I am kind of interested in how much is directed or influenced by these things versus my odd, very odd situation in life.

I sincerely hope you don't get bandied about so much by those you help. I will appreciate with more grace, your help. as for criticism, a question then from what I have gained from you:

have a GF, she is 1/13/79. we fight or f*** like till every breath is gone, but in fighting, I can say that we can scare other people around us, but she always forgives me the harshest things I say because she knows it is only to resolve an issue and that the heat or lack of resolve in the end of the issue NEVER changes how I feel about her. she can say the cruelest thing (and to be fair there is a technical admiration I have for the edge of her tongue and mine -a fair bit of wit is involved-) but I know that she's just sharpening that edge and skills, it does not change how she feels for me, and she trusts me now that she knows I can fall into sh*t and still come out like roses (it is a transferable gift if I can avoid this selfishness that isnt material but is protective and from the very wierd start of my life) but yes I do take longer to recover than she does. Our making up, is her sweet words first, while I am still scowling, but then feeling better, and my relinquishing of the pride of the argument as a cost. We compete, but I will give her the thing I strove to have won. same as with all my family really.

I used to go around with a crew breaking into old buildings and documenting and exploring them before they could be torn down. (my absolute dream is to go through the tunnels under Paris.

As for flirting I don't know. I dont do it on purpose. I get the genuine, no motives feeling sometimes to say something to someone who appears so low or so high, to say something that makes them feel good about themselves, not to sleep with them, but to see them so happy and I do get a buzz from that so its not purely selfless, but its usually taken as a pick up or come on, I blame society's wierd dating rules for that.
Cant a stranger say something beguiling just to be an odd moment rather than for interest?

I am rediculously, stupidly, to a fault competitive, if not always openly. I guess theres another thing, maybe it is clear to someone here, why this particular chart, person, thing, is not only competitive, as you percieve, but often negatively so.

I am wondering about the "Saturn in the 8th" thing. I can lose the mood over stupid reasons, and too much I am always lost in my head, but in gear, I am no other. I rarely make eye contact, but I see everything. its too easy to get lost and dream when looking and that channel must be separate or I will not be able to listen. my father is matis/ojibwe and my mothers family is swiss (dark).
