In antiquity the constellation Libra was known as the "Claws of the Scorpion."

Every 238 years, the orbits of Neptune and Pluto change making Neptune at times the farthest planet from the sun.

If you were standing on Mercury, the Sun would appear 2.5 times larger than it appears from Earth.

In proportion, if Jupiter were a basketball, then the sun would be the size of the Louisiana Super Dome

Jupiter is the fastest rotating planet, which can complete one revolution in less than ten hours.

Jupiter's Great Red Spot is 25,000 miles wide

Mars is the home of Olympus Mons, the largest known volcano in our solar system.

Neptune was the first planet in our solar system to be discovered by mathematics.

Pluto is the only planet in our solar system that has not been visited by a spacecraft.

Venus is the only planet that rotates clockwise.

did you know....
that I am drinking a large coffee?
I have my hair in a messy bun today.

I have an empty pickle jar soaking in bubbles, in the sink.
My cat is going balistic upstairs, running around, and my daughter is too.

Did you know that when the snow freezes on your window pane, and the sun shines on it - you can actually see the shape of the original snowflake?

Did you know when the snow falls, the lights expand their orb and shine brighter and warmer and the fire glows with a fierce blaze - inviting wanderers to stop and cozy their frozen toes?

Did you know that hot chocolate tastes even better when you have it on the steps, wrapped in a blanket, watchina dull, boring scene turn snowy pure because of His miracle?

Did you know you dont need anyone to feel the magic inside you - the magic that manifests in the smiles of your friends - the laughter of a child and the warmth and strength of human bonds - of friendship and family ties?

For Pixie

Pluto' glyph, or symbol, combines the circle (spirit) over the crescent (receptivity) and the cross (matter). This glyph suggests spiritual receptivity to "superworlds" or the superconscious, placed above the physical world.

You are so powerful!

Oh but Archer, I love this sort of thread.. they can't all go all the time... But you know, if more people talked like this, there'd not be a lot of flopping going on...

""""Did you know I'm big, like, really big? Pixie"""

Is that right, BlueRoamer? You know the way to get my attention.......

I'd like to have a big frank discussion about bigness and non-bigness, but I don't know if I'd be allowed....
Having had some experience ... *AHEM* I have been blessed with the ability to 'know' often, if someone is um.. endowed. Like a funny kind of sixth sense. But while I super-duper enjoy aspects of grandness.... Um.. Let's put it Astrologically... while I love Jupiters, I also find the smaller planets very fulfilling. Something about the pull of their gravity, works in my stratosphere. Granted, the environment of my um... cosmos is quite flexible and adaptable, I enjoy any sized planet.
Of course, I say this now, when the Planet I am mated with is Jupiter in proportions, Saturnian you might say.. and all he has to do if I am grumpy or not feeling like space travel to the final frontiers, is remind me of its proportions, and immediately, I grab the spacesuit and 'rock-it'.

Hmmmm.. Interesting formula, lovely!!!!
Do the men confer?

I agree on the lanky body. and moderately big nose, generally.. but the foot thing? I know they don't NEED to have big feet to have ample 'planets' but.. I have known a short guy who had large feet, and lets just say that the shorter length of his legs didn't imply that the moonunit being mid-thigh at rest was related to the length of his legs.
Was that too encoded?
Man oh man... *fans herself*
There are always the exceptions to the rules....
It is definately the way they use it too though.. don't even get me wrong.
