Is there still a country techinically called "Arabia"? Well, I'm not sure - but what would be Arabia - anyone see any similarities between that, India & Spain (those two already having Mars in common) ...

I don't believe it is AJ.

I understand it was divided at the beginning of the century by the Brits and the Turkish into Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, what else? .. Can anyone else confirm that?

I second that!
It's a rarely used, vague term today- geographical now, not political (much like Levant)
Usually refers to Middle Eastern areas of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, etc...I can't think of any others..I'll look it up.
It's also an ethnicity, "Arab"
There is a connection to Spain- obviously during the Islamic rule. Many Spanish words come from Arabic (lol..a lot of words related to hygiene)
I don't know about India, however.

There isn't a country called Arabia, I am absolutely sure of that. I think that Spain used to be an Arabic country a long time ago . Arabic countries refer to the Middle East as someone else posted, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and so on.

I would say they used that term in the old times. But some people still use it at times when they refer to the middle east.
