Now I could not believe this at all. His birthdate is Oct. 7, 1959, and his sun, Merc, and Mars are conjunct in Libra, and his Venus is in Virgo, and that somehow explains why he's so....him.IP: Logged |

I like Simon too. Interesting, he seems Capricornian to me. But I've met alot of Libran @holes too. *runs away* (you know what I mean no offence Sparkle & LibraLady. Only the guys...I'm still a little bitter... ) Seriously I do like his attitude though. IP: Logged |

I see I wasn't the only lady in Lindaland who was curious about Simon's sign. I was a bit surprised he was a Libra sun too, but it makes sense.Simon has a good attitude (in my opinion) and I'd take his blunt honesty over some sugarcoating anyday, Leo or not I'd also like to add that there's nothing wrong with older men...check out Alan Rickman, hehe. I'll admit that some of his comments are quite witty and amusing. But the man doesn't know the meaning of "constructive criticism." He says mean things because he enjoys it, not because he's trying to help. After the laughter dies down, I can't help but get a kind of sick feeling, because I wonder what must have happened to the man to make him so emotionally disturbed. Anyone so corrosivly critical of others must carrying around deep painful insecurity. He probably cries himself to sleep at night. I can see where someone who grew up with a cruel, verbally abusive parent would find him very attractive. IP: Logged |

I'm with Leyla... I can't stand to watch the guy. He's so MEAN! I know... it's his thing. I just feel so bad for the people he's criticizing. (I also don't kill bugs, but put them outside, so perhaps my skin is a little thin...) IP: Logged |

I'm with lovely. I think it's his act. I also feel bad for the people he criticizes but they DO know what they are in for and I really do think it is mostly his act. Not saying it's right but that's what it is. Maybe it's the Cap in me. Because I like Howard Stern too. He can be brutal but with him I think it's mostly an act too. I sense something different inside.I put bugs outside too. But I'm thick skinned. IP: Logged |

But don't you think that there is truth to what Simon says? (no pun intended)It's not what he's saying but how he's saying it. Some people just can't seem to acknowledge that they just aren't as talented as they perceive themselves to be. Then, they get on a TV show - totally unprepared for any criticisn and whine about someone hurting their feelings. They couldn't accurately see themselves and when someone bursts their illusion about themselves, Simon is made to be the bad guy. He's just telling it like it is.What is his moon? As for Howard Stern the guy has Cap Sun Aries moon and Scorpio mars. Basically he's a shrewd business minded man with an Aries aggressive attitude and with the sex-drive of a Scorpio... That says it all IP: Logged |

Exactly Kat. (about Simon) ....and about Stern too. That explains alot doesnt it? And call me crazy but I've often caught his sensitive and caring side on his radio show too. Not sure what Simon's moon is..... Would be interesting to find out..... IP: Logged |

The thing about Simon is that he's critical on purpose, its an act, its a show, it increases ratings....people like to see people get torn apart, and they like someone to hate and booo....he plays it up for the camera, and hes a very intelligent man and does a good job of itIP: Logged |

26,How can you say "They know what they're in for,". One look at those innocent, puppy-dog, "Tell me I'm good," expressions, ought to be enough to convince you that, no, they haven't a clue what they're in for!! These poor deluded individuals obviously haven't the slightest notion of what they sound like to a man with his Venus in Virgo. How many of them have you seen walk off reassured after he blasts them, as if reflecting to themselves, "I KNEW it,"? Make no mistake, disillusionment is the order of the day. hsc IP: Logged |

That's the fantasy isn't it? That that cruel person/parent "really means well" and is "just putting on an act" because they're "trying to help us." IP: Logged |

Hi HSC,I say that because they have most likely seen the show and know how Simon is. If I was going on the show I would prepare for the worst, when that guy opens his mouth. If most of them DONT have a clue what they are in for only because they are thinking they are better than they really are. How could you not know that you might get negative comments from him? That is his whole game. Some of these people think they are destined for stardom and they are not. Is he supposed to lie to them? Yeah, the "puppy dog expressions" are just them hoping that they will make it! Of course everyone wants to be told they are great! Simon is the bad guy who tells them when they are not, that's all. We will all have our own opinions on if his treatment of these people is right. Frankly I dont really care. I dont find it right or wrong because it's a game. I dont even have cable or watch TV. I have seen the show a few times in the past though. He is what he is and I dont think that's a bad guy. Think what you will, it doesnt matter much to me. Correct, disillusionment IS the order of the day. IP: Logged |
