There's a few sites you can go to with simple to read general info on that so you can begin to let it sink in. That way when we get more into your Chart, you can follow along and then, you'll be hooked.

Just a quick look at your placements for now, and in a very general way, I'm thinking you may be a very emotional and sometimes known-to-be "moody" person. I am an Air Sign w/Cancer Moon too, and from what I've observed, the Gemini Sun really amplifies that Moon. You also have a few compulsive influences, like Venus in Aries & Mars in Gemini.

A Saturn in Scorpio usually makes one more prone to obstinence, liking the important avenues of the life to run a certain way, or no way. That kind of thing. Can make you more stubborn, and then moody or impulsive again, if you do not get your way.

Not saying this is how you are all the time or anything like that. But there are times when the pressure sort of builds up, and you'll learn lessons on how to deal with the really challenging times, especially involving other people.

And the Scorpio Ascendent just lends further to your emotions and can make you seemed more Fixed than most Gemini's. But not Fixed in a sort of grounded Taurus way.

Feel free to give feedback, and see if that Web site doesn't help a bunch on just the basic terminology.

Well, yes, I think I am a very stubborn person. I have been ever since I was a child. 'Bullheaded' is how my mother likes to put it lol. I hate failure- ESPECIALLY in myself! So yes, that is a very 'my way or the highway' attitude in a way. I can't deal with failure. Not well, at least.
BUT, in complete opposition to that, I am very indecisive about practically everything under the sun ("guys, what do I want for dinner? The pasta? The pizza? noo... how about the fruit salad? Hmm... the pasta! No, the salad! Ooh, but that pizza does look good... ok, I'll get the salad... oh but I like marinara sauce...") You get the idea.
To others, I come off as being flaky. It's weird, but I feel like the external me isn't the internal me, and then I feel two-faced (haha, gemini, right? 22nd of May, actually..)

Dealing with people... hmm... I used to be a bit of a doormat, becuase I'd want to be nice to everyone and not hurt anybody's feelings, so I kept a lot bottled up niside... then I grew up, so to speak. Now, I still care tremendously about not hurting anyone's feelings, but I am blunt at the same time. Diplomatically, of course It really upsets me when people aren't the same way with me (polite yet blunt, that is). Hidden messages and such, especially in the workplace, really REALLY stress me out. If there is a problem, I like to be told straight up. Compulsive is a good description of me... obsessive compulsive, that is (think- Monk! LOL!). Except in a mental way. I will ruminate like nobody's business over what people said, trying to figure out what they really meant, etc, and therefore stress myself out to the extreme. Something that's definitely getting better, but I still have to work on it...
