I've been wanting to start a thread on the struggle I've only become more comfortable with (or used to) in the last few years. But this has to do with my Sun & Asc.

My Sun in an Air Sign made me feel almost like eyes without a face, if you know what I mean. It doesn't make one feel "in their own skin" sometimes, like the way a Cappy feels, for example. I would be fine with it if it wasn't for an Earth-bound Ascendent which has forced me to find very creative ways to come down to "Earth". It's been a long long lesson in physical expression, especially expressing yourself in ways you intend to express yourself.

Talking with other Air Signs, or other "dreamy" people was fine, but not everyone communicates or understands in strictly cerebral terms. Some are from the "show me" state, if you know what I mean.

Anways, just a few examples of what's helped - yoga really gets you into your body, but in a very nonstressful, low-impact way. Bopping around to music with a good beat works too.
