i'm working on a composite chart for two friends of mine. i'm intrigued to say the least - can someone tell me whats the purpose if all of the following occurs within one chart:what if say someone's planets in their 1st house fall in the other person's 7th house, 2nd house falls in 8th house, 3rd house planets fall in the 9th house, 4h house planets fall in the 10th house, 5th house falls into the 11th house, 6th house falls into the 12th house - or is this normally how a composite chart looks like? thanks.

If I'm understanding correctly, your emphasis is how Person A's Natal Planets in their existing House would be influenced when ending up in such-and-such House of Person B... ? So if someone's Moon is in their 1st House, but lands in the other's 7th, right? I'll answer this one and tell me if I'm on the right track. If Person A's Moon is in their 1st, makes their emotions very important and colors their Sun with more of this emotion. Being in the other's 7th, I'd venture to guess, would make Person A feel comfortable with their emotions. It feels cozy and welcomed by that 7th House. IP: Logged |

that's great info astrojunkie - thanks. that was what i meant. so, without knowing what signs lie in what house - there isn't much of a significance how one's house coincides with another like that then. either way - each person's ascendant falls in the other's 7th house. a person's planet that falls in the house of service (6th house) coincides with the others house of secrets and sorrows (12th house) - it's as if one's secret/sorrow can be reflected in the other's service/health? hmmm, i'm starting to see this with them. talk about bringing out the best of one another and reflecting the best of the worse but they also have a healthy competition of sorts going on with them.again, thanks astrojunkie. Yeah, I think you're on the right track. Just one thing you might want to clear up, in the subject line you put "Synastry", but in your query, you say "Composite" - was that a typo? Sounds like we are talking about Synastry here ...But I like your question a whole lot, and have wondered the same many times. I sort of say to myself, ok, Person A has their Sun in the 10th and this is what they are most familiar with - but it lands in Person B's 1st House ... it could make the 10th House Person feel like they need to make a noticeable (& all things 10th House) contribution to the 1st House Person ... it's like a spotlight (1st House) shining right on the 10th House person. If they are already dealing with harsh Aspects to their Saturn, this could make them want to hide. But if they have good inner harmony involving their Saturn or 10th, they might be more comfortable in that spotlight ... eh? IP: Logged | |
