well Im a pisces moon boss (virgo sun though) I dont find it easy at all. I am not very assertive when giving orders etc, and tend to be too sympathetic to the staff, to my own detriment. As a pisces sun, what sort of problems are you having? Are they similar to mine? IP: Logged |

I worked for a Pisces boss some years ago - I didn't like him when he first interviewed me for the job.Now I happen to think he's adorable. He's charming, easy to get on with, comes across as a bit of a pushover if you don't him well enough, but a perfectionist who knows how to scare people into not taking advantage of him. He does have the sun in the eighth house, though. All I can say is be firm, right from the start, and don't take any crap from your subordinates - easier said than done? I have a Pisces ascendant myself and I know that leadership skills don't come easy.... IP: Logged |

Yep, Im still learning but accomplishing alot along the ways... Pretty much all my staff loves me and now Im being transferred to a busier location(restaurant mgr) so.... hopefully and luckily it will go smooth. Maybe my Aries Moon influence helps out? I dont know. I can be direct though. IP: Logged |

Since Pisces are very Mutable, some tasks may fall between the cracks. Pisces boss needs to have at least one person who is really good at organizing on a daily basis. Also, since they like to sort of go about their work day in an informal kind of way, Pisces may seem to be less disciplined. So make a compromise. Keep your inner creativity in this respect, but schedule regular meetings with employees, at least once a month if not more. Ask each person for their feedback on the work situation, and give praise when deserved. IP: Logged |

I have been put in a position of leading a team informally (so may not be a BOSS). And it sometimes is tough dealing with ppl I find myself very disciplined and want things to be done without having any issues and I sometimes go to a point where I just don't think sensitively. I just expect more from some of my team members .... MAybe its due to my planets Moon/MErc/Venus in Aries with rising of Sagi------------------ Pisces- Moon/Mercury/Venus in Aries, Jupiter - Gemini, Ascendant-Sagi IP: Logged |
