I'm interested to see an astrological take on this subject.I have Cancer Moon, therefore one would *expect* me to have very strong maternal yearnings. But I dont have children, and have never felt like I actually wanted children. I like them a lot, find them cute and entertaining, but I just never felt that desire to be a parent. Which sign or which houses would we look at to get more clues on this subject? IP: Logged |

What about aspects made to your fifth house? Even the fourth... Your Sun and Moon?
Some people don't want kids. That's okay. It's a bloody hard neverending job. But also quite rewarding. Maybe you won't someday, but then maybe you will change your mind.... Maybe you won't.....I am thinking the lower hemispere of your chart would be important here. Because I know the fifth represent chitlins amoung other things.. but I can't isolate a house in the lower hemispere that wouldn't somehow be related to procreation...... sort of a cluster thing? Ok well, my Moon is in the 12th (Cancer)I have the following Moon Aspects:
I'm not sure of their interpretations. Sun Opposition Moon Moon Opposition Venus
Moon Opposition Saturn
Moon Conjunction Ascendant I have nothing in the 5th House, and I have Neptune in Scorpio 4th. I'm now 43 and consider my child bearing years to be pretty much over - if my biological clock had been gonna tick, I guess it would be ticking very loud by now! My SIL is Moon in Cancer (in the 5th House) and she has 3 kids and still wants more. IP: Logged |

OK - So how about Planets in the 9th and/or 11th House? Do you have any? What do you think your overall strength is in your Chart, as in, do you have a lot of Planets in one certain Sign? IP: Logged |
