Hi ya! I'm a Scorp Sun with a Pisces Moon. I have a Capricorn Ascendant. My emotions--whew!!! Pretty overwhelming at times. I absolutely have to emote. I live alone (and like it) so I throw fits from time to time and cuss and swear....just out to the ethers. I have to let it all out. But it serves me well when I'm balanced because I'm very intuitive and attuned to my spirit guides. I'm a trained medium too! (But my Pisces Moon causes me to be senstive to others...so I think it helps to just let out my emotions when I'm all alone.)

Wow wildflwrs, you're right on the money. I feel like I can be on one extreme of the emotional scale - totally calm and controlled - and all of the sudden it's like "watch out and move out of the way because I'm steaming!!!" I guess living alone is one way of resolving the emotional rollercoaster without suffering any casualties...

Hi Sandyscorp and wildflwrs !!! Whew! So glad that you guys feel this rollercoasters stuff too! Honestly.. i can totally relate to all that has been said!! yup... very emotionally drained at times.. and very confusing... he he. Yay! atleast i now have some fellow cosmic 'twins' . I have a taurus asc... which i suppose helps adds some much needed earthy balance.

I find that I'm very very dreamy. I achieve well in career etc, can be extremely focused when i need to be.. but, theres a very soft fairy tale like perception to the world around. I always prefer to see/believe the better side of things. I know..has gotten me in a few scrapes.. he he.. but it helps make my world a whole lot nicer. How have you both been?

Oh.. i just realised... we all have earthy ascendants. Hmmm.. I guess people wont realise at first impression just how emotional we can get. I like living alone too.. need lotsa space to be myself,to hear my thoughts calmly, sense my surroundings and dream. he he.. plus, i guess the scorpion privacy thing. I absolutely cannot function in a noisy, chaotic haphazard surrounding... yikes! Cant feel..

Oh, yea..the intuition thing..very very strong! Many times , i'd know something before its been said..can usually see right thru most people..but yet, will still want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Deja vu ?

I'm also still somewhat friends with all my ex-boyfriends.. somehow, i find that this way less negative energy involved than fighting/keeping vendetta etc. I prefer things happy...and all in harmony. I also realise that i have a knack for cheering people up/being optimistic/wanting badly to put a smile on a sad heart. Do you guys feel the same?

I am known as the most gullible person on the planet, I always believe that people have good intentions...and yes, I've been burnt a number of times: But you are so right, while lookin through rose-colored lenses, the world just look sso much better...
I wonder what that means, being earth ascendants ...I am kind of new at this... but I think you're right, people usually tell me that I seem like a very calm and relaxed person (but underneath!)
I wonder what it is that you both do professionally... I myself love the arts and work in psychology (my intuition and ability to empathise helps me there..). This so neat!!! finally meeting people that have these similarities!!!

The first time I had my chart done by an astrologer...it was many moons ago....ha ha...but he said "Wow, you are so lucky to have an earth Ascendant...or else you would just be so far out there." What I've experienced is that my Cap Asc. seems to be getting stronger as I get older. I'm much more grounded, I've learned from my mistakes (sure took long enough) and I am so much more mature. But you know what "twins"? The world needs us feeling people. So many people won't feel for ya...and even though our emotions get overwhelming at times...we are able to feel for others. Right?

Interesting, wildflowers... So an Earth rising will ground you with the Sco/Pis combo.
My hubby is a Pisces sun, Sco moon, Pisces Rising He's definatelly way out there... in the loveliest possible way of course

G'day all ! Its sure been an interesting week.. TGIF !! So, Sandyscorp, you're into Psychology! So cool! I'm also in the health side.. in radiology.. and yup,you're right Sandy, being able to emphatize and a healthy dose of intuition comes in real handy when coping with patients. Truly, there's a lot of sufferings and sadness out there! Sometimes its hard for my piscean moon to dissociate... thats when the good ol' scorp side clicks in, as practical and efficient as ever. Nerves of steel!!

My birthday is November 7th--have always been proud to share it with Joni Mitchell.

I have worked a lot of different jobs...but I've had a strong concentration in health care. I was an Occupational Therapy Assistant. I worked with the elderly and with the retarded. I've also done in-home care with the elderly. (Well, I have Venus and Mars in Virgo too.)

I read somewhere that Scorpio's born in the Pisces decanant just "channel"...that must be even more true for those of us with a Pisces Moon. What they meant is....it's like you just get in some kind of flow with whatever it is you do....and it kind of just happens through you.
Do any of you experience that? Well, of course we have our moods...but I know that when I go to work....something is definitely kicking in.
