Looking at synastry and the composite chart of my SO and I we have no planets that fall into our 5th and 7th houses? Are these houses significant in a relationship? Does this mean the relationship is to short-lived? We have some pretty good aspects together but nothing in those houses. Oh yeah his NN falls in my 7th. Thanks IP: Logged |

Hi Kay Libra,Welcome I'm not one hundred percent sure on this 5th and 7th stuff, but I do recall reading somewhere, once that empty 5th or 7th houses are not necessarily a bad thing, it can sometimes indicate that there are no real issues to be dealt with or worked through, regards these houses. Its not uncommon inj a synasty chart to have no planets in either the 5th or 7th or both. Be happy that some of his or your planets are not in the two houses. Viper is correct in that this often indicates that the two of you don't bring 5th or 7th house baggage to your relationship. His NN in your 7th is a good placement. That indicates that your relationship is part of his spiritual goal for this lifecycle. If you would like to post your birthdata or email it to me, I'll be happy to take a look at it for you. ~Concerning His North Node in Her Seventh House~ Lanny, does this mean that their relationship was destined? Will it be a long-term union? Who will benefit?

If your north node is your karmic destiny in ths lifetime, the things you are here to learn, in a sense.. or at least the important focuses, then it makes sense that if it falls within a significant other's seventh house ( the house of partnerships, relationships.. but also.. open enemies)then the two of you would feel the contact in a close way.. the relationship feels more destined, or big in terms of what you bring into it. A fated feeling... like "I know this person" or "This person feels like they know things I need to learn."The fifth and seventh aren't the only houses in synastry which are important in terms of living together and loving each other. Lots of familiar contacts can make sense in any context, in any house.. it depends on where and how the relationship feels. In fact, if it were only fifth house contacts, I would then consider the long term future not very long term... this house isn't known for durability. IP: Logged |
