it startig all over again: same thing happend about 4 years ago,end up taking some serios medication ,hope its not gono come back again,question maybe somthing in the stars causing that <if it is that would really helfull 10x for listening.

You might want to check for a square or opposition between Saturn and Neptune.

This is one interpretation for that aspect between the Planets.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you to look for a transit...not an aspect in your natal chart.

You might be able to run a forecast at astro.com. This transit hangs around for a while. Both slow moving outer planets.

My partner is a sufferer of panic attacks.
He had his first one 4 years ago in a car, his jaw, hands, and arms froze, and he couldn't breath that well, it really freaked him out, and he still finds it hard to get into a car with fear of it happening again.
He takes zanax for the relief, but he is slowly getting over it, sometimes he will get a bit of anxiety for no reason. Anyway it's true about that aspect he has Saturn Opposition Neptune 5°39.

He has learned that it is all in his mind, and that with his thoughts alone, he can overcome any anxiety, and it has worked by telling himself no harm will come from this feeling, and then the feeling doesn't exist.

Why don't you post your birth info again, and then ask someone nicely to look into the transits Mr. jwhop is talking about.

If I could, I would, but I can't, I am now just starting to try and learn transits.

OK sd09, transiting Neptune is opposing your Saturn. It was exact, 0* on 3/18/05. It will be exact again, 0* on 7/24/05 and 1/18/06. You're probably going to feel the effects of this transit until May next year.

What you've described would seem to fit with the effects Saturn/Neptune squares and oppositions produce. At least you know where it's coming from....if you believe in the effects of transits.

sd09, I have a computer program. Once I got your birth info, I ran your chart and did a transit report for today. That's how I found your Saturn/Neptune opposition.

Part of the program allows a search for specific transits of planets. That's how I found the rest of the information. By backing your Neptune transits back to 2003 and running them forward to 2007, I found ALL your Neptune transits for that period and was able to pinpoint when Neptune transits Saturn.

Hi sd09, I used to have them when I was younger, what age are you? I can remember having a run of them when I was around 26/27 and they were a bloody nightmare. Have yu tried hypnotherapy or reiki or even yoga. Its strange coz I never get them now even though Ive got a lot to panic about!!!!!!! Sending you love and peace xx
