Uranus and Mars.. turbulent, transitional energy, being challenged by the stabilising feeling of Saturn.
She's probably hugely constricted by life circumstances right now, wants to run away and find less responsibilities...

as a taurean i can sympathise with your brother ... hearts are easily broken 'n tunnel vision
can become an obstacle ... but going from memory as i've no refrences to hand ... is not Pisces
Nept. ruled ... check out what Nep be doing in her chart at mo. ... its the mention of deceit
that makes me think of Nep. aspects
so in her chart . Mars is opposing Saturn ?? ... is it a case of one foot on the brakes and
the other on the gass pedal ?? ... with Uranus in the pic. 'out of character' fits ... guess
Uranus on Mars by transit in a lass' chart may indicate unexpected shocks 'n revelations
in her love life ( be trying to reflect here as i've just had Urns squaring my natal Mars )

what's going on in your bros. chart ?
maybe check out their composite chart 'n have a look at what transits may be effecting
that ... can be a pretty good indicator of what's happening in the relationship dept.
Nept be currently transiting Aqu. so that be squaring at some time (past/presnt) any
Taurean placings
Nep can bring about a great deal of illusion in its various forms ... 'falling in love' can
be a serious achilles heel for a Taurean

I put in a chart for the 13th ( mars in close orb opp pluto )

[She has got Pluto conjunct her Asc.] .. is that a natal aspect ? or by transit? ... by natal aspect .. probably got ferdinand mezmerised / magnetized ... so is she Libra asc with Uranus in 1st house ??

i can empathize with the Plutonian influence .. as i've got Pl. square Sun in my natal (my dad was a Piscean .. also with Pl. square his natal Sun.. u can imagine the conflicts ... intense !! ).. also when i had my first proper astro reading ( with a human being as opposed to comp. readouts ) .. i was going thru a major Pl. transit .. one prob with us bulls is the 'temper' .. add Pluto to the mix .. sure u seen Jack Nicholson in his movies .. i beleive he has Pluto on the asc

Sat squaring natal Pluto ... she may have had a few hits of that 'cause of the Sat retrograde movement .. not an easy transit to deal with at all ... just noticed something in your (potential) bros.chart .. but it will depend on his birth time ... and that be a square by transiting Pluto to his natal Moon ( yikes !!! i've just been thru the opposition to my moon)
... maybe check up the retrograde meanings as there are a few retro placings in the may13th chart ...

anyhow .. what is realy important is the upcoming Sat. return for your bro .. time to have a look into the shadow cast by a Leonine Saturn ... persuing some form of drama/entertaintment path may be good for him .. bet he'd make a great guitarist / bassist / drummer ... great way to release Plutonian energy

just noticed the New Brighton Mn bit in your post ... ummm .. it sort of rings a bell with me .. i used to drive for International Transport (yellow 'n green trucks ... heavy machinery hauling ) is NB due south of Mnpls ?? it just that it rings a loud bell .. but can't remember the name of their home base ... think it was a Sat Pluto transit that got me on that one .. they had an unbreakable rule about not reporting accidents .. and i stupidly did'nt report a little fence post i knocked over with the trailer wheels in a snow storm (this is back in '77 or so ) .. lost the best job i ever had .. boy do i miss that truckin lifestyle .. met some realy great folk

Neptune the Sun and the Ego
A healthy ego contains a great portion of Neptune, but that is not the overwhelming characteristic. Sun - Neptune contacts are very slippery and difficult to embody and characterise firmly, for the ego is a shape shifter, like Proteus.
Proteus was a minor sea god, shepherd of the sea creatures, endowed by Poseidon with the gift of prophecy and also the power to change his shape until firmly held. The key to having a conversation with Proteus was to be able to hang on to him until he stopped metamorphosing and settled into one shape. The Protean character is plolymorphous, ambiguous, ephemeral and chimerical; Sun - Neptune must work hard to retain its shape in the face of others.
The difficulty with Sun - Neptune is not its evil, for that is rarely the case. The problem in its empathy with and sympathy for its environment and the people it is relating to, which can be most annoying if a symbiotic relationship is required with every individual one comes up against.
Sun - Neptune is an ego in itself, defined according to its shifting reality. This is potentially dangerous and sinister in two ways: first, if it is consciously used to manipulate others and gain their resources, whether those are psychic or material, and secondly, if it is a deeply unconscious feature which renders one infantile in one’s needs, with no boundaries drawn between self and others and, like a baby, everything in one’s power is done to get one’s way.
Does this mean that whether Neptune is conscious or unconscious it is dangerous? To a certain degree, all the outer planets can be destructive, but those very traits mentioned above can also become healthy ego vehicles. The manipulators can use their skills in artistic and creative ways, compelling us to view things through their eyes in art, music, poetry or prose. The Neptunian therapist or physician can insinuate new information or ply the individual with subtle prods to birth a new way of being. To be able to evoke moods, feelings and experiences in others can be a divine gift.
It can also be hell. Should the Sun - Neptune ego be submerged in the unconscious infantile state, then it will twist, distort, confuse, obfuscate and nullify all other possible viewpoints. This state can be clearly ruinous not only to the individual but to all who become intimately and emotionally involved. Neptune shape shifting creates the possibility of a folie a deux, phenomenon of transferring madness from one individual to another, the second person being basically healthy. Analysts and psychotherapists are in the position where they must consciously contain their own Neptune so as to not to be infected by the possible transference of their patients’ undifferentiated Neptunian states.
Neptune offers a positive experience to the healthy ego. Creative people draw on the ability to recollect the Edenic state where all was perfect and harmonious. One’s identity remains intact although one might endure various life difficulties which bring pain, sadness or loss. There is no unrealistic vision of what is going on; the pain or loss is contained and seen in its appropriate context - it does not bleed out into the environment, contaminating everyone and everything with its misery. Neptune is also the opportunity to connect to collective mourning, longing and desire to fuse with the divine source, and in a contained ego structure it finds its place through a strong faith or belief system.
Though the only place where two hearts beat as one is in the womb, we long to re-create that fused bond in our relationships. There is a degree of that in all relationships, both healthy and pathological. It is knowing the distinction between self and others and being aware of the beauty in the temporary fusion of body and soul, but knowing also that it is illusory. Having the bond in a love relationship requires the Neptunian fusion - that is part of romantic love - but for it to be all-consuming, obsessive and compulsive kills individuality, and eventually the relationship. The illusory aspect is not itself the negative aspect, but rather not knowing where the illusion ends and the reality begins.
So Neptune has much to offer the ego, but not as a container or as a vehicle. Essentially, the ego must contain Neptune, finding appropriate places for it to flow into the collective pool but also recognising that state as being potentially annihilating, aneasthetising the will beyond its capacity to function in a conscious way.

re the books on sat 'n nept : .. still tryin' to replace book on sat. it be out of print :-( ... as for nep. it be a book i want to read ... i have a hard time understanding neptune in astrology .... and HD just be an abrv. for happy dragon .. the tapestry dragon pic (behind the lill' one on my site) .. it seems to embody many human traits in its face .. good and evil in many variations .. dragons are magic .. at 1 stage i was into comp. art .. think a large version would look neat on a bass drum .. or an ice cream wagon

a couple of things have come to mind re your bro .. with her venus ruled asc con. her natal pluto ? .. any bull worth his salt would have been utterly butterly smitten .. libra asc. simply melts a bulls' heart .. but i rekon pluto on her ascendant would be a powerful attraction to your bro .. 'cause with his venus/mars ..pluto .. lights .. his is going to want a relationship that is really deep ... intensely loving .. 'n lasts forever. whats on the asc. is usualy something a person will project without maybe beeing aware that they are doing so. .. under a major Uranian transit .. even if a person wanted to commit to a relationship ..they may find that immpossible to cope with .. under Uranus it be realy a case of doing ones' own thing .. restrictions against ones' freedom ( the obsessive possesivness of the bull) would be something to escape from .. with Pl on her ascendant she will find thru out her life . . that she will from time to time attract Scorpionic Plutonian like folk and situations into her life
