Hi hot_ice, not much. As usual I’m “studying”. God only knows how I pass my exams.

Yeah it’s kinda weird, I never noticed it before. I was first looking at my mum’s chart and noticed my Sun is in her first house. So I went to check my sister's and was like whoa I’m not certain, but I think it means my Sun is in her eleventh house. Not quite sure

Virgo/Pisces and Scorpio/Taurus are intercepted. I have a similar chart -- but only one interception: for me Cap/Cancer are intercepted in the 5th/11th. I've never seen a chart with two -- where was she born?
Generally, the further north you are born, the more likely the interception....

Hi Az

“Virgo/Pisces and Scorpio/Taurus are intercepted”
Wow, I didn’t pick up on that.

She was born in London. LOL I almost wrote Liondon - which would be perfect since she’s a Leo

LOL Merm! Love that new city in England -- Lionden (I would spell it with an "e")!!

This is kinda interesting on "floaters" --

Also,

I am very fond of Noel Tyl since he was my "kindergarten" astrology teacher: meaning his 12-volume set 'The Principles and Practice of Astrology' was my first in-depth taste of interpretation.

Yes Lionden is much better We hold festivals every year…during the period when the Sun is in Leo and little festivals when the Moon is in Leo lol.

Thanks for the links, I’m going to look at the first one now. I’ve never read any of Noel Tyl’s books, I’ll see if I can get one from Amazon - but I’m not sure if they have all twelve volumes I’ll try abebooks.

Noel Tyl's 12-volume set "The Principles and Practice of Astrology" is out of print, but you can still get copies at the Used section at both Amazon and B&N. That was my primer. I learned how to calculate natal planetary positions from those books (by hand back in the 70's!) with the ephemeris, Tables of Houses, and another I can't even remember now.
Here's wishing I could be in merry auld England for the Lionden festival next August!!

Thanks for telling me about B&N, I’m going to buy the books from there.
