I have met a Scorpian who I think may be the love of my life, but am curious to see what others think.

astro junkie, it feels good, but can be unnerving sometimes. I "know" the potential, she feels it but is not as sure, and being a Scorpio she's gotta constantly pick at and prod the relationship to test its reflexes.

peta - lack of intensity? Perhaps. I came on strong tho Mars in Sag. And she didn't know what to do with me. With Mars in Cancer she had to move sideways first before moving forward. She is jealous, very jealous. The mere mention of my ex and she immediately switches to brood mode. Doesn't make me feel secure tho, just puzzled as to why she would be so jealous of someone Im not with.

I've been looking for a Scorpion woman with a Libra moon, to match my Pisces Sun Gemini Moon, for a long time. When I look back over my life I've always been very good friends with Libra moons with men and women. I've met and been friends with just about every Sun flavor: Aries, Taurus, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. The realtionship is always the same: We like each other; we spend alot of time together; we talk ALOT; we understand each other; and we make each other laugh.

So, I met her online 3 months ago, and we chatted for a while and then started talking on the phone. We really hit it off from the beginning. I had no clue what her sign was and was not consciously trying to guess it. When she told me Nov 1 I was like uh oh. I've fallen for two Scorpions both born on Nov 9. When she told me the year and I looked it up I was thrilled. We talked everyday after we met.

She lives in Sweden so I went to visit her for a weekend and there was no denying that we had fallen for each other. She then came to visit me for ten days and then another ten days until finally I asked her to marry me so we could be together.

So here we are. The BIG fights are mostly over money and power. I've got it all she's got none. I was interpreting our synastric chart last night-using the E.W. Neville's Planets in Synastry- to her and came across some interesting placements:

My Mars in her 2nd House.

I've never tried to be overly dominant in a relationship. In fact, I steer clear of relationships where either side is constantly vying to control the relationship. Maybe I'm young and naive, but I believe in an equal partnership. But, because she is coming to live with me and I make more money than she does, she sees me as dominant. So, whether I want that aspect in our relationship or not its there and I must deal with it. We had a long talk about it last night.

Her Moon, Venus, and Pluto in My 8th house.

Thank you GOD! This is Animal House! There is a alot of complex allusions in Neville's interpretation but she summed it up succinctly before we checked this aspect when she said, 'You bring out the freak in me.'

Her Mars in my Sixth and my Saturn in her Sixth.

A subtle aspect, but I've noticed it from the beginning. Its one of those aspects that you only notice when its not there. Basically, we keep our promises to each other.

My Sun in her 3rd. Her Jupiter in my third.

We talk ALOT. 4-5 times a day. We average 5 hour conversations on the phone.

My Uranus in her 10th.

We had a big fight about this. I think its because she is younger maybe, but basically I think she can be a tad immature sometimes, and I tease her for it. This aspect really captured what was going on between us.

We are both water signs, but fire seems to dominate - the impulsiveness, the explosiveness, and the speed at which interact. I haven't done the aspects yet. But, am looking forward to it.

You got married? I'm assuming you two based this whole thing on chemistry alone, both sexual and intellectual. But the big decisions about money, power, and her insecurities will not be solved by chemistry alone. It just may help you guys stay together long enough to work it out, but it seems as if you are both trying to instill some "missing" aspects in each other. Unrealistic expectations, comes to mind. I hope she is not trying to change you, nor you her. If it comes across like that, please fess up!

Marriage is a huge big deal, especially for some of us. No matter what happens, whether good or bad, I hope you do not feel any pressure to present it as anything other than what it is. Hope you feel you can express your thoughts and feelings here freely.

PS: Her being jealous at the mention of an ex is a big red flag for me. But that's just me. You say you have a Gemini Moon? All Gem Mooner's I've known really have almost an unresolved issue with finding a best friend who'll understand and accept them unconditionally (whether it be self-sabotage or not).
