I wish to stay detached from those things that are unhealthy for me

For my family to remain healthy, happy and free of illness, depression and undue stress

To always be able to give and receive love with an open and honest heart

To have enough money to be able to share with others and enjoy those things which can be bought

To improve in my musical ability, to always have the confidence and health to dance, sing and communicate with others without speaking

To accept others as they truly are (a difficult one for me)

Always to retain a sense of humour

Never to lose that feeling of "magic" and childlike awe in my heart

In old age to be a happy, mobile, eccentric, mad, worry free crazy woman (who shall always have a younger man on her arm - ha ha).

Good topic, and you are so generous of spirit! I thank the Masters of Karma that I was privileged enough to be enveloped in your orbit!

Ever since I read about it, and I will copy it below, I have been writing “Letters to the Universe”. I read them out loud to the Universe, when I’m alone and centered, on the day of the New Moon each month (see 26Taurus’ New Moon topic). Some months the wishes change, sometimes they stay the same.

Here’s what Sylvia Browne says in “The Other Side and Back”:

But you might also find that in those past several months, you and God’s perfect universe have temed up to create some magic and miracles.

The energy of fire, by the way, is one of the reasons I love candles. I recommend that you keep plenty of them around and use them often, especially during Affirmations and Letters to the Universe. There’s not a candle in the world that has any power of its own. But the ritual of lighting candles has power in its agelessness, and the energy of lit candles will help you focus your power and energy as well. And there’s an added bonus you might not be aware of – the spirit world can’t see artificial lights, but they can see lit candles and are attracted to them like, if you’ll pardon the expression, a moth to a flame.

* I wish for the world's people to stop fighting over boundaries, oil, religion, etc.
* I wish for no one to face another day hungry, cold, or with no soft place to lay their heads.
* I wish for health, wealth & wisdom for myself.
* I wish to be able to express my creativity in a meaningful way.
* I wish to live to be a passionate, eccentric, independent, old woman who has lots of people around her that love her.
* I wish for at least one more great love with at least one more great man.
* I wish to one day along while from now to die in my sleep with peace in my heart and a smile on face.

Almost made me nostalgic as I used to do this before and amazingly (as long as the goals were practical enough) it worked!

*I desire to attain inner calmness and to learn to reinforce my outer energy by learning to pray again.

*I desire to gain guidance and knowledge.

*I desire to believe in myself.

*I desire to follow my vocation by taking admission in a college and studying to make a career.

i am a dedicated believer in God and after that in hardwork and dedication.

but in the spirit of encouragement, i would encourage everyone to make concrete goals, first convince themselves that they can attain them, they pursue them with a rigorous energy that would leave the world breathless. i whine, i complain, i act like a real pain in the @$$ sometimes but one good thing about me is i never give up, it must be that Scorpio stellium that gives me so much willpower. but in the end, with Gods help, I always end up getting in some way, what is best for me.

At this moment, im hoping to stay with this great job, get into Stanford MBA, and get into a wonderful long term relationship followed by marriage to a certain person... lets hope it works out...and I will pray for it.
