Hi everyone, I'd just like to have some prayers for my Libra friend and his family. He has just moved back in with his parents. His mother has Lue Gehrig's disease, and his dad is constantly having knee surgery, so they are both going to be imobile. This will be really hard for him taking care of them like that, but I tip my hat to him for doing it. He needs all the help he can get, and all of the prayers to, so I would really apreciate it.
Does anyone have any suggestions of something nice I could do for him? He's always been a really good friend to me, and I'd like to return the favor, and let him know I'm thinking about him.
I mean to e-mail him this week to see how they are doing, and say hi.

Hi Battle, sorry to hear about your friend, you could offer to take him out for dinner or send him a card with "thinking of you" written on to let him know you are there. He is very lucky to have such a supportive and sensitive friend in his life. Sue xxx

Sending him and his family love and light

Im so sorry to hear that your friend is going through a bad time. It wonderful though that he has friends like you. And really, kudos to him for taking up the challenge when braver souls would've given up.

I would suggest organising a support group from your mutual friends, family and your community. You could take turns running chores for him like laundry, grocery and small stuff like that. Also, you could start a fund for him, to make sure he doesnt have to have to worry abt money while doing this amazing feat.

Im sure knowflakes will come out in droves to help you, sending him and his parents love and healing white light, and any other small way we can help.

It sounds like a lot of work (and it might be), but with positive energy and a lot of enthusiasm and support, anything is possible!

Thanks so much guys! I'm so happy you are all so wonderfully supportive. Any positive energy sent their way will help, thanks! I only wish I could help out more . He has moved hours away, to somewhere in Flordia. I don't even remember the name of the town, so unfortunately, I can't really help with the laundry, and chores, and such. He doesn't plan on staying forever. Hopefully his dad will be back on his feet soon but if he stays longer than he plans, I would really like to go visit them all. I hope his parents aren't in to much pain. I haven't seen his mom in like 3 years. She might still be able to walk a little, but she is for the most part in a wheel chair. He has err... 5 siblings I think, who are scattered across the country, and one in Mexico. I also hope they don't leave him to do all of the work. He still has his whole life ahead of him, it would be aweful if all of the responsibility was on him alone, but they all have lives elsewhere, so I don't know... I have the address written down somewhere, so I could send a card that says "Thinking of You", that's a good idea Sue-g

Wow, thanks Happy Dragon I'll look into this & send these links to my Libra friend. It's so horrible. Doctors acctually won't treat his mom because they are afraid they will get sued. Now what does that go to show about humanity? Makes me sick.
