i only just saw your post and just had a very quick look at his natal aspects ...
noted what u wrote ... will look at closer .. have others to see to first and i be slow at typing :-) .. but shall get back to you

... I'm going to stick my neck out here .. and in short .. say yes
... the potential in this guy's chart for violence ( women may be the target 'cause his moon is effected ) .. are the aspects in his natal chart as shown on the pic below
if his birth time is correct : then the Uranus /moon square in close orb
also ... the Neptune/Sun square ... aspects between Mars 'n Moon /Venus although wide in orb could indicate a flash point via midpoint transits ... also the Pluto/Merc aspect shows the potential for being manipulative in communication
ok .. from a tech point of veiw the square aspects would cause the tension .. and the easy flowing aspects enable an easy path to follow if he were to feel agressive in the first place .. and given what Moon and Venus represent in a mans chart .. mmmmm

The really sad and ironic thing is i am/was supposed to be a relationship therapist..

.. hi .. i've only just managed to input data for your chart .. and in yours alone .. going by current transits .. i.e. those outer planets .. in other words from one astro point of veiw the answer be yes ..

.. I will for now at least get both your charts up on a page were u can veiw them .. be aware that i am not an astrologer as such .. and don't do complete readings for people ...

... however what keeps cropping up here ( i.e. on this site .. and generaly .. when folks are having seriously hard times on an emmotional level .. those difficult outer planetery transits show up ) ...and for the folks here whose charts i have looked at ... yer all Geminis ( Gemini Girl .. Egypt2 .. Secret Garden .. Tranquil Poet ) ....
... Pluto .. for ages now ... has been going thru Sag .. that be opposite to Gemini .. think about it

.. the least i can do for you guys is to maybe make you aware of the major transits .. and whatever else i may notice .. be up to u to research more ... thing about those outer planet transits is that in a humans avrg lifespan .. they will occur a few times .. and so astrologers have noted that we get repeated patterns of behavior ...

Sometimes it's too hard to see the potential and that's what you are doing, if you can get as close as you can emotionally, without fear, then everything will become clear.

That is frightening but it's a lesson, for air ascendants, getting closer,

Oh and the reason I though of the aqua is because both he and his lady friend are relationship/marriage counsellors, so emotions are not always predictable.

but if we do love each other i shud throw the charts to the wind right...and just see how things work out....

i think Gem women are doomed to unhappy relationships, and many. sometimes i wish i wasn't a gem woman! I look at Linda's description of us in sun signs, and i just think, isnt this the epitome of the woman who will be unhappy forever?? and she uses marilyn monroe as an example, but she too, despite being possessive and clingy had to go through many painful relationships before she couldn't handle it herself anymore. yes i know its extreme and escapist,

i am not one to give up, but sometimes i wish things would be easier for me a bit, every second of my life, i have another battle to fight,

and its getting more and more difficult every day.

what problems do you see occuring in the next year or so regarding my natal Venus, Pluto, and Moon? I really feel these planets have a strong hold over my personality....and Mercury would be nice too,

are there any good transits coming up...hehe...how to deal with the bad ones, and any rude surprises I should prepare myself for?

btw HD I did read your interpretations to my charts posted on the link you put...i guess it puts me back at square one, i want to throw all the astro out the window in relationships now and just try to make them work. i know how to make astro work for me, but i dont feel i can make it work when another person is involved especially in a relationship, because anything beyond myself is really out of my control,

i only get to control my attitude, my choices,

i feel that looking at our composite chart....or even his...is not going to provide me any answers or insights...that is kind of the direction that you pointed me in HD.

so far as your qs about my marriage at a young age, well im already divorced HD, it was an arranged marriage, so i wasnt in a rush but life has been pushing me in directions i didnt want, it was a battle i couldnt fight, i fought so many others, and this one i gave up on. so now that im divorced, im being pushed again to get back into the dating and relationship scene...dont ask by who...its familial/societal/cultural pressures. i see people my age having fun, enjoying. sometimes i wish i could do that,

although my ideas of enjoyment are much different. i am not a party girl at heart, i would rather snuggle with a good book at home (provided i have chocolate 24/7 ), but i still feel, deeply, the way my years have been stripped away from me.

there is no sense of urgency HD, but i want to find someone good to be with, in general. and i dont want someone who isnt as serious about commitment as me. it doesnt have to be marriage, just any kind of commitment or loyalism to me; to a steady, stable relationship, which is what i have been lacking forever,

and i wanted this to happen sometime during the next yr, or so,

and i would like for it to happen with my aqua, although i am open to others, but it would be painful, becoz i like him a lot now. and i really feel hes the one.

but lets see?

But she relied on that power all her life, she was powerless and helpless in her mind, and relationships, no matter what kind made her feel even more clingy. We all have strengths but it's good to develop new ways of looking at ourselves, and relationships do not contribute, they make us feel good emotionally, Gemini women give and give in relationships. They are not good at being equals.
That is not bad but it's good to develop non romantic relationships, as many as possible because Geminis relate better to a group, than one on one.

I am like this, but I am not identifying, I am saying Gemini Mercury/7th does become the helper. It's good not to feel helpless in a relationship, because that emotion can come back again.

Everytime I get involved with a man, it's not quite right because I pick up all his habits, and he's either a good influence or a bad one, but he's always an influence like all my friends. The difference is that I do more, that's all. You can see how Gemini does not always equate love with equality and the mercury wants to do more. Check to see you are not doing more for someone just because you are romantically involved and then you will pull back.

Virgos have this issue too and they do have problems with helplessness, powerlessness, and doing too much in all their relationships. The hard part is attracting those who are inequal to you, it can feel like a constant struggle but it's never perfect. Good couples trade off, one taking care of the other, without too much difficulty.

It's funny you said you like Leos, but I don't see you with one, they are too proud and too unbending to make life easy for you.

Just my opinion, and if you want to understand your progressed chart, take a look at the progressed chart of you and your b/f, you will see similarities that have nothing to do with the natal chart, but that are similar to what you are both going through right now.

Do not spend too much time examing why you are who you are,

Geminis spend more time doing, so that is why the right partner will do things with you,

I hope your Aqua has a high energy level,

Take a look at your Plutos too,
example if he has Pluto in Virgo, then it's ruled by Mercury, which rules Gemini. He would feel drawn to you physically.

His Mars in Taurus is hard for your Moon, but both your nodes are in Aries so you are on the same life path even though the goals are different. Chances are he wants a woman to stay home and cook for him once in a while, is that what you want, or are you more independent?

Since you only have the Sun in an air sign, it's a singleton. You would act more like a Leo. Is your pride an issue, do you get touchy over small things and take what he says personally? Be supportive of his work is what I see, but read up on your own singleton,
