Coming from a Scorpio, oh yes, I am very sick of stereotypes. I don't need the link to know what you mean. Scorpio is known to be the sign of sex and death, therefore, people fear us. When I tell someone what my sign is, they either run or ask what I'm doing that night. This is one of the things that triggers the emotion in Scorpio; people don't understand that. Yes, we are misunderstood, and that is a contributing reason. Yes, sometimes we are scary. That's because we don't want people invading our 'territory', as in, the secret place in our minds we want no one to enter. Therefore, Scorpios end up scaring others off and gaining a reputation from doing so. Some Scorpios resort to hiding behind a fake personality; they'll go as far as to changing their voice and appearance, down to the language they use. Personally, I know some very close Scorpios who are willing to tell me these things, plus being a Scorpio, myself. I know one who wears glasses and straightens his hair, plus changes his voice, only to appear to be a friendly person. As myself, I tend to act nice in front of others and pretend to be someone I'm not; not because I mean to, only by instinct. Scorpios can not be explained thoroughly. Being stereotyped as a bad person, evil, manipulative, liars, backstabbers, cheaters, ****** , and all types of things allow people to discriminate us, so we run from it.

You know it's true. I find myself being nicer and tempering down my power and intensity to make others feel comfortable around me( specially other women). But I'm done with that. See my power and step off.LOL

I can kick some Scorpio butt cause I know some Aikido, so I'm not scarred lol. Yeeahh right! lol
I knew a person who had alot of pluto in her chart and I ****** her off and she went off on me and the intensity was baffling and not so nice. But I told her to relax lol. It didn't phase me. She sure was sexy though
