yeah reall bad attention span,esp.when i'm studying,i start dancing around,dreaming,playin air-guitar,sing,etc...
day dream? i come back to earth once in a while....

Hi Tranquil, our Scorpio son has Gemini rising and has a very short attention span, he is also extremely bright and intelligent, he also talks a lot and has the ability to pick things up quickly. With that Scorp sun, gem rising and libra moon, can you just imagine what he will be like when he is a teenager????? xxxIP: Logged |

My Mom is Scorp Sun/Gemmy Rising/Libra Moon, and she was a bit of a daydreamer when she was a girl, but has had no problem focusing and staying on point throughout her life. I think the Libra Moon gives some focus because you have to pay attention and be mentally 'present' to weigh and balance concepts and ideas. IP: Logged |

Gemini Sun here. I tell myself "focus-focus-focus" all the time. My brain goes in so many so directions so fast! However, I find that I can multi-task really well. Give me several things to do at one time or say delegate things to be done on a large project and I will shine. It's when I must sit and do one thing...one tedious thing..that I loose it.

My ascendant is Gemini, and my sun in Capricorn. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I display qualities of both. I used to have a hell of a time doing homework, but if I'm interested in something I'm capable of total concentration. My Cap sun makes me a decent musician and my Gemini ascendant may be to blame for my constant tapping and drumming on things.IP: Logged |

im a gemi rising 
it's so hard for me to sit down for long periods of time! unless im talking on the phone, then im set but yeah, i take about overall 3-4 hours studying or writing a paper because i get so distracted easily.
also when ppl are talking to me for a long time, i tend to daydream and just totally NOT hear a word that they are saying. my mother tells me it's like talking to a brick wall! yeah i get bored as well so very easily. that's my catchphrase on everything "im bored!".
i like to mutli-task a lot and i can eat, watch, talk on the phone, read and do a multitude of other things all at the same time. not that it ever works out well on any task, but i get it done. IP: Logged |

In school I would day dream so much. People who acually wave there hand in my face and I would not see it. I'd be like holy crap. I was definitely not on earth. I can type a letter, watch tv, feed the dog and read a book at the same time Lmfao.
I get bored easily. People have to be very interesting for me to not drift away in a conversation.

Boy, do I daydream! I really really do. I can be a right airhead up in the clouds at times... I am worst at work because my work is mind-numbingly boring at times. Sitting on the bus, train, at family get-togethers, at the cinema, even at home. At times I have been so absent-minded that I've left a kitchen tap running or a pan of milk boiling over because I've suddenly got caught up thinking of something else. I also have problems sticking with others when they launch into long tirades. My mother in law is one for chatting on the phone for an hour about mundane (and imho boring) stuff and my mind just drifts while I give her the intermittant hmm/yes/no replies whenever she breaks for breath. Then I am left thinking should I have said yes or no at that pause because I really wasn't listening! LOL I'm not this bad all the time but you have to listen to my mum in law to believe just how much she rabbits on about stuff. When conversation is full of juice or is intellectually tantalizing then my attention is 100%. Touchstone

I'm not a gemini...but I'm an Aqua with a gemini asc.My short attention span kills me. When talking to people...or them actually talking to me I have a hard time sitting still and listening for more then a minute, when it is something that I'm not too interested in. And I'm always afraid of seeming rude or uncaring. Fortunately I can rely on my non verbal communication skills...with lots of various expressions to cover that I'm not really listening. LOL. At times I am nervous and anxious...especially if I can't do things right away...or when I procrastinate. I'm happiest and healthiest when I'm more organized physically and mentally. Like right now I'm feeling really high strung...like a mix of lightening and mercury running through my veins. I need to learn to relax sometimes. IP: Logged |

im a Gem sun/scorp moon/libra rising but I have quite a good attention span and can concentrate easily too, i like variety in my work but i can still pay attention in class hardcore and get all the things i need to, and i have no problems with devoting time to one thing, one of those things about my sun sign that dont at all seem to apply to me maybe? i am a daydreamer though, and i hate this, because i am really a dreamer in the sense that i see things i like or want, and start dreaming about them, and when i cant or dont get them, there is lots of disappointment.
