Topic: human nature or Gemini nature

a Gemi friend of mine always wonders: is it the human nature or Gemi nature that she always thinks of one thing at one time and feel sorry for that "bad thought" at other time.
i mean, she always have almost nearly two contrary thoughts, sometimes the one thought wins the other, and sometimes vice versa.
she wonders : does every human being have dual thoughts like hers and have to make a choice like her, or it's because of the duality of her signs?
(she is also Libra ascend and Aqua moon, which in my opinion causes a lot of indecision in this matter!)IP: Logged |

Yes it is normal. Being a gemini is like being 60,000,000 people at the same time. Sometimes I feel like there's a bunch of people in my brain. They have become my buddies over the years LOLOLO------------------

I don't know if this qualifies...Several months ago i was hit from behind by another motorist. It was just a little bump, bumper to bumper i knew there was no damage... but still the second she hit me i was like "that motorist is so gowing to be sued that's for sure". so i came out of my car and saw the other motorist, she looked like she was somewhere in the 30's age, She was alot more worried then i was. just because i've seen other motorists try to scam other motorists by claiming there was an accident over, nothing more then a fender bender. and in this situation i had the advantage. i was the one hit. after coming out of my car i thought two things both completly the opposite:
a) lets sue this person or say "it was an accident with her at fault" b) There's no damage- "let it slide" so i looked again, to see any signs of damage, and said to the other motorist well know ones hurt, theres no damage and as long as everyones okay, thats all that matters. I exhanged numbers just in case and patted her in the back, hoping my patt on the back made her less worried. IP: Logged |

I COMPLETELY HEAR YA!!!! and I think it is a Gemini thing. I have Gemini ascendant and I am COMPLETELY THAT WAY!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes I say one thing, aand the next minute change my mind and believe firmly in my decision. Three hours later I may feel differently. I think people have a hard time trusting me for this reason (although I am very trustworthy). I'll think one thing, and feel bad for thinking it too.... IP: Logged |

These things apply to me as well, but I don't have anything in Gemini except my descendent. I do have a strong Libra influence, though, and I've wondered if my back and forth emotions/thoughts might be influenced by that.  IP: Logged |

It's an air thing,me,my friend whoose an aqua and my sis(an aqua too),my mom(libra) are all like that.... esp me,when i'm buying clothes,food etc...My friend the aqua guy is like a waiters worst nightmare come true,I'll have this,er.....no that,on second thought I'll have that....and he finally decides by using inky pinky ponky... I'm not that bad,I just think a lot on both sides...

 honestly.. I do this soooooooo much.
I figured it was Libra Mercury/Pluto.
I have six fixed signs in my chart.. so you wouldn't think I'd have a hard time.

i'm also changeable myself.
there was a time I and my dearest gemini friend of mine shared a diary.
in class we wrote down our thoughts every minute or so and sometimes we even didn't dare to read again what we had just written, because all of these things had changed in our minds!!!
sometimes she writes diary (when strong feelings strike her) but 2 minutes later she promises never to read it again for the same reason: these feelings are no longer hers!!!

I've got a Gemini ascendant, and when I realized it, it suddenly made sense why me, as a Capricorn, had trouble making decisions. However, it seems to only manifest in seemingly minor ways. For instance, having trouble deciding what on the menu to get. I've had that a lot. More striking would be something like a clothes shopping philosophy I had for awhile. I figured I couldn't go out and spend lots of money on a new wardrobe, but I could probably buy an article of clothing per paycheck. One night I spent probably at least 2 hours deciding on the perfect shirt to buy. I really loved what I got, but what an intense deliberation over it...or was I just being picky? (says my Gemini side)  Actually, come to think of it, I've had a string of career crises, that could in part be related to my Airy qualities (3 planets and an ascendant). I often feel like going in a new direction after a job ends. It doesn't make for a very cohesive resume, though, and I wonder why I can't just hold a steady job for years like my friends. Are my 5 Mutable placements (6 with my ascendant included) and 4 (or 5 if including N. Node) Cardinal signs at odds with one another? Is that what cause such chaos? I have a Gem ascendent too and I have always had atleast two perspectives going on in my mind when a situation occurs. Even when someone has done something mean to me I can usually see both sides. A gemini friend once told me that he works best when a decision is made under pressure, if he has to decide what to order from a menu if everyone is like 'hurry up' he is forced to make a quick decision...IP: Logged |
