I have always been vague on the exact date for when I will be expecting this new cycle to begin.I understand that every 7 years SATURN makes a strong aspect with itself or a major planet. SUN, MOON, MARS, ASCENDANT; being the major planets. Saturn's cycle is not quite 7 years exactly, it about 7.3 years. (Saturn takes 29.4 years to pass through all 12 signs dividing this period into quarter segments of 7.3 years) I'll be heading toward my 3rd Saturn seven year cycle soon. As I'll be 21 in August this year. I've estimated this cycle to change around May 2006. Is there an easy way to find this out exactly? And Saturn is heading into Leo on July 16 2005, (My Sun is in Leo)so, is that an indication? (I'm sooo looking forward to that transit! ) My natal Saturn is in Scorpio 10°59'59 04 going direct. I'm a bit confused, I would like to know when this major Saturn aspect will take place? I always thought I knew when it would be, but now I'm confused. When does my new 7 year cycle begin? ------------------ "The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that was the miracle." Anaïs Nin IP: Logged |

Well I consulted someone and they said my Natal Saturn will square itself in October 2005 until mid July 2006: This is a critical period in which several aspects of your life and experience will be tested, especially those that began to be important about seven years ago.So is that it? Is that the beginning? ------------------ "The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that was the miracle." Anaïs Nin IP: Logged |

That's so weird because I met the Cappy (I got one too, tranquil!) when I was 14 and now I'm 21 and moving a state away from him after a series of breaking it off and getting back~then breaking it off. So, yeah, evaluating things begun 7 years ago... IP: Logged |

SunChildmissed this bit ***My natal Saturn is in Scorpio 10°59'59 04 going direct.** so sat square that point .... October / November 2005 June / July 2006 it may help to think back to your Sat opposition .. usually occurs between 13/15 ... depends if Sat goes retrograde .. plus a couple of other factors .... best book i've read on Saturn be by author Liz Greene .... she be part of the astro.com site .... worth reading ... a few notes on Saturn within http://www.happydragon.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Planets.html uses Sat as a model for explaining the 'cycle' http://www.happydragon.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Transit%20introduction.html transits of saturn http://www.happydragon.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/transat.html IP: Logged |

you will feel transiting Saturn conjuncting your Sun much stonger than the square of Saturn. If in your natal the Sun is squaring Saturn when transiting Saturn conjuncts N.Sun it will set off that square (and any other aspects connected to it) karmic period coming up IP: Logged |

Hi DayDreamer, I have a lot of hopes for this new cycle...I know i'll be tested, and things will happen, but I'm looking at it as an adventure...! The past 2 years have been so serendipitious, and my spiritual growth has soared! I have also learned many things about my self and I have chosen Immortality too, so, I know my Karma will be balanced in this One life, and I see Saturn as my friend in this, a true friend, that will be cruel to be kind, if you know what I mean. I feel like I've been preparing for this for a while now... ------------------ "The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that was the miracle."
