Hi, I'm stopping in and adding some info for this summer, if anyone was curious about astrological highlights. Feel free to add more...

Those who have a Taurus Sun or strong Taurus influence in their charts. On Thursday, July 28th, 2005 Mars will move into Taurus ( 0º 14' 50") for six months; what's special about this day is, The Moon will also be in Taurus (exalted @ 11º 40' 59"). So a lot of new (renewing) energy for Taureans this summer.

Wanted to remind those with a Taurus influence to make use of this energy (added strength), because it's a wonderful gift. Try something new, make a change/decision you've always wished you had or maybe start creating/making something like - art... music... a new life... love...

P.S. Juno's in Taurus this day, July 28th, as well @ (23º 2' 48"). Make a note that Mars retrogrades in Taurus October 1st through December 9, 2005, so be prepared for that too.

Also around this time, July 17th, Saturn will leave Cancer and enter Leo. For those who have had a tough time the past two years (including the U.S.A.), hope you have learned a lot and are ready to move on. I know I am, having Saturn in Cancer in the 1st house, kicked my butt! lol. For those who have something to learn with Saturn entering Leo on the 18th, I wish all well in your 2 year journey.

The Moon will be very interesting this summer, there will be a sequence of two full moon's in June and July both falling in Capricorn.
Here are the dates:
Full Moon in Capricorn (0º 51' ) on June 21st
Full Moon in Capricorn (28º 47') on July 21st

*The first Capricorn full Moon on June 21st is a good time to start planning ways to make use of that Mars energy coming up at the end of July. But don't plan too much, it's nice to be surprised by good things. Also on June 21st Sun (0º 20' 30"), Mercury (19º 41' 32"), Venus (21º 58' 7"), and Saturn (26º 52' 39") are all in Cancer. Crab's are the star on this day.

More moon dates for the summer:
New Moon in Cancer on July 6th
New Moon in Leo on August 4th
Full Moon in Aquarius on August 19th
New Moon in Virgo on September 3rd

Mercury in Leo will be retrograde from July 22nd until August 16th... allow a few more days after the 16th, for Mercury to get back on track.

Venus will be in Virgo from July 22nd until August 16th, don't panic when you or your love starts to get shy for a few weeks.

That's all I can think of for now. Have a good summer everyone; love, friendship, healing, happiness, fun, and freedom to all.

OMG I cannot WAIT for Saturn to move it's slow butt out of Cancer! It'll be moving into my 5th house just in time for me going back to college...which is why I'm also glad to hear that those with Taurus influence will have renewing energy at the end of July! I wonder if us being in the midst of Mercury Retrograde during that time will stifle whatever we begin when we have that renewing energy..hmm!!

Hi VTT,
Mercury will only retrograde for three weeks; if something goes awry, think of it as an opportunity to refine your plans. good luck in school.

Hi Taurean Scorpio,
Your welcome! Hope you learn a lot from reading and posting on lindaland.

Oh I'm not worried about Mercury Retrograde for me because I won't be starting anything new around the end of July personally...:P

What I mean is, the thingie you posted said "Try something new, make a change/decision you've always wished you had or maybe start creating/making something like - art... music... a new life... love." But with what I've read and experienced about Merc Retrograde, things begun during that retrograde period tend to fall apart after it...so maybe the retrograde will lessen or mess up the affect of the beginning of Mars into Taurus.

Thank you for the good luck!

oh ok.
i think i meant to use the energy over the whole six months, but to begin moving toward a goal when mars enter taurus. personally i can't wait, the energy infusion is much needed. i actually started making changes earlier this year and now i'm anxious to have more... getting used to this whole change is good thing. not easy for a taurus w/ a lot of cancer influence.
