Hm. One of my best friends is a Scorpio. He's one of the happiest and most outgoing people I have ever met in my life. I dunno his exact time of birth, but I'm assuming he has a Sag. rising, with Venus in the first.

One thing though,she hates people for no reason at times(!!??),can be very cold at times...

Some of the things you mentioned rang true for me when I was younger, insecure, less able to express myself, and vindictive in reaction to being hurt. But you learn over time that sort of stuff comes back to bite you in the ass, it's unhealthy, and accomplishes very little. Or at least, you hope people learn that over time...anyway.

As for being "miserable buggers"...the few other Venus in Scorps I've known, that's not the case at all, unless they're depressed. Everyone gets depressed at some point in their lives. But if they're depressed, then yes, they can be quite miserable to be around. Can't anyone?

I think it's the Pisces in you that's being put through incredible emotional pain, not the Gemini. Pisces are quite sensitive, and in my experience are sometimes not the greatest at expressing their feelings in a direct, constructive manner, often because their feelings are intense and run deep, and can be intellectually elusive to them (ie they have a hard time understanding the feelings themselves, quantifying them, qualifying them, etc, let alone expressing them). Maybe if you expressed to these people how they make you feel, that might make a difference? If you do so and it makes no difference, well you're going to come across people like that in life w/ all sorts of placements, it's been my experience that it's better to avoid such people wherever possible (ie; people who don't care if they hurt you, how you feel, etc).

To say that a particular sign or placement "just does not seem to be normal" seems to be a bit of pigeonholing...just wondering where the stereotyping Sheriffs are on this on?

I have never "just not liked someone" for no reason...actually, most people I know who don't like someone have a reason for it. Maybe you rub the Scorpio guy the wrong way? Maybe he's judged you for having a crush on him when you're married? Who knows? People judge all sorts of stuff harshly based on their own beliefs and ethics. But if someone doesn't like you, so what? Ignore them. No reason to tear them apart in your head because of it.

Just gotta defend my Venus Scorp peeps. I was under the impression that water Venus' got along well. Maybe your Aries influences or Gemmy influences are bothered more by this than the Pisces? I don't know, just throwing ideas out there.

Venus rules what people find attractive, right? What they're drawn to aesthetically, what makes them feel good. Venus in Scorpio would then be intensity, sex, the truth behind the veil, that sort of thing. Maybe those Scorps view you guys as shallow, evasive or something like that, and therefore they dislike you based on that perception? I mean, who knows what people's perceptions of us are sometimes, right? I'm not saying you're shallow at all, I don't know you guys to even be able to make such an assessment, again, just throwin ideas out there. I do know Aries and Gemmy infl can be quite chatty, and some people view chatty as shallow for some reason (my Dad is like that, if you're a chatty person he thinks you're a flake... )

But the one thing about people that I can say has rubbed me the wrong way and been likely to avoid someone is if I perceive them to be shallow or untrustworthy, don't take certain things seriously (like other people's feelings), that sort of thing. I would always be polite and civil (Libra Moon/Mars) regardless of how I felt about them, but I wouldn't want to hang out, get too close, etc. If they came right out and asked me what I thought I would tell them as diplomatically as I could (which as a Scorp isn't always as diplomatic as my Libra influences would like lol).

But like I said, the issues you guys are having w/ these various Venus in Scorpios just seem like they have a case of plain old emotional immaturity, which can be present in any old sign or placement, nothing specific to a particular Venus placement.
