Are there any PISCES people here who have Aquarius VENUS & Aquarius MARS? If so, how do you think that affects your outward demeanor and your romantic nature. Do you think that makes you significantly more detached. Does all that air cancel out the emotional H20. Does it snuff out that sentimentality? LOL.

I'm not a Pisces but an Aqua, but I think that type of air will make one more detached. And it most definitely doesn't cancel out the emotional, maybe the sentimentality won't be expressed as it would in other signs. Venus and Mars in Aquarius would make them more independent, a visionary and probably more intellecutally oriented.

My dad had his Sun at 0 or 1 degrees Pisces and Venus at 0 degrees Aquarius (also Moon in Pisces, Mercury in Aqua).

He usually had a dreamy, far-away look about him and could be quite detached from what was going on in the real world. He seemed to be always thinking or feeling something deeply but privately. He was philosophical, not emotional (but not judgmental either) about death, natural disasters and tragedies. He looked nervous when he was surrounded by people or in a formal setting. He was more comfortable when he could escape from society. He liked to be in nature, to just get away, and to build and create things - and he was naturally creative and artistic. We had a lot of abstract discussions and debates; he could be really funny, too. We had a similar sense of humor that other people didn't always get. They'd wonder what we were laughing at. I feel like he had plenty of hidden parts or secrets that I never got to see.

hm...obviously independent in love? wants freedom? im guessing he's not very expressive emotionally...cold. detached like daydreamer said..also because i don't think pisceans are all that warm either. "Pisceans are always torn between choices whether to seek the light or sink into the darkness"

Maybe he'd be sentimental because of his pisces sun but i don't think because of his aquariuses.

Thanks guys. I have to say for someone with his Aquarius planets he is quite emotional, animated after you get to know him. Compared to the Aquarius I dated for 8 years, this person is much funnier in a very silly innocent way, more gossipy, equally intense but definitely more sentimental.

So you want to know about A Pisces with heavy Aqua influence. Yep well I am that girl. Lets see what can I say...

My Moon,merc,venus and Asc is in Aqua and geeeeze I identify so well with Aquas. I can be everything that an Aqua is Aloof detatch seemingly cold,friendly as can be friends all over the place. A lil offbeat and head straight for all the unconventional relationships. My Pisces sun though puts in all in perspective though. Even though I am loaded with Aqua my Pisces sun is the ruler. I can love like no other and if I love you and really do It will take me forever to stop loving you..Its a trip the two sides. Its hard to get into my world mainly bc of the Aqua influence.

Thanks MamaMia. I have to laugh and I confess that your response came at an oddly uncanny time! Since I wrote that first thread we have become better friends. I am very respectful of others' space, and I empathize with a need for privacy and solitude. I have some of those needs coupled with learning excrutiatingly painful lessons through my first love who was an Aquarius Sun.

When you were sending your response, my Pisces was reponding to an email in which I had shared my opinion about his chart..After doing so I worried that I had been too open about what I saw and I told him I was tormenting myself because of it. His reply was, "Please don't torment yourself. I understand that those are your feelings......"

Gosh I am in such trouble--hook line and sinker. That's a Pisces for you. (smile)

Yes. I don't know many men --other than my father(who is a Pisces) -- who say to: me. "Don't torment yourself, I understand that those are your feelings."

When I'm brushing my teeth I ask myself how did he get into my head. And then I answer, I let him in. I just instinctively trust him, so there goes the mask. I think that is the Pisces mystique.

Anyway what I was going to say is he is very intuitive isn't he? Don't lie to him he will know if not from his almost psychic mind but from your body language..He can be a sweetie pie at times and then he can be somewhat aloof but his libra moon wants to be fair. I can imagine the type of guy he is. Kind of DR Jekyl Mr. Hyde type. But over all he is ok. Whats your placements???

We are not a natural match by any standard textbook astrology definition ... if it weren't for all the great bizarre connections--like identical ascendant and vertex conjunction (His Vertex (Sag 13 Degrees) Conjuncts my Ascendant (Sag 13 Degrees!) That's sweet MamaMia. You know my feeling about it is this. I try to take my signs where they come, and every so often they arrive, not necessarily heralded, loudly and with bells clanging off. When I was ill last year he was the one to call with the biopsy bad news. I was having an odd week as it was. Those very short winter days were setting in and it was the anniversary of my mother's unexpected death. And this is what I remember. I remember saying plainly: "I can't be sick; I have young children. You know that." And his response was "I know. I'm not going to let anything happen to you."

Why was that a sign for me? It sort of changed my life, separate from my spouse, the children, from him even. I felt like I was fighting to be well and simply, someone else might see the value of my life not for what I could give them, provide them but simply for itself. He was fighting with me and I think not just because it was his career but because spiritually, philosophically he felt that it was important.

So Harvard Medical school transference and patient/savior complexes aside (LOL), he reminded me of my worth separate from anything else. And I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to make him laugh, which he does now. So that could be it, just a moment in time match. And that is still good, very good.

All this astrolgy stuff is fine and dandy and most of it is accurate but when it all folds what is meant to be is meant to be. Does not matter if he is an air sign and I am a water sign or if my sun conjuncts his moon or vise versa, what God has put together let no man put us under..In my relationships I pray to GOD what is good for me I might not like the answer that he gives but in the long run I know even if we have all the astrological aspects attracting us to each other if it is not right and perhaps not meant to be it won't be. I say all that to say I understand what you mean and not all couples share deep astrological aspects to make it.. Good luck with your Pisces man we Pisceans are special and we have big hearts and very compassionate and he is in the right field of work...
