You can go to photobucket.com, upload the file, and there is a button that says generate IMG code, so chech the little box under your pic, and click that button, copy the one that says IMG cody, and paste it on the new message box in LL.

That is one way to do it, if that made sense.
Check out the site, and it is easy to figure out.
