Who decided his b-day was Feb.28? And at 3:34 am?? How can anyone know for sure?

If it were correct, we'd both have our ascendants at the 12th degree of Capricorn - similar house placements but not much else in common.

Tough to say anything definitive. Of course, being a Capricorn I like his birthday being the day before mine. There ARE certainly signs I could never see him as. Pisces....I don't know.

Ummm…guys it doesn’t matter if he was born June, July or August - they’re claiming they have his birth chart!!!!! How could they obtain that??

But it does make sense if he was a Piscean - no other sign fits him that well.
