I've just been to astro.com

It's good to see that most of his planets are direct, except for Neptune and Uranus- but these won't be retrograde for long- right?

He has moon in his 12th house, and Saturn conjunct his ascendent, in Cancer. I don't know if this is a good thing, or bad thing.

His DOB is: 15/10/03 at 11.11pm, Bristol, England.

Astrology is neither good nor bad and if your astrologer tells you something in a chart is "good" or "bad"...find a different astrologer! As to retrograde...a birth chart is that person's chart for life. So, if your son has a retrograde planet when he is young he will also have a retrograde planet when he is old.
