Sorry but I cannot give you much of a reading right now (plus I really prefer having the birth data rather than a list of aspects) , but just a few comments:"Hermes conjunct Hermes (I hear it is Mercury's equivalent?)"
No. Hermes's more like a shadow Mercury - generally the same flavor and effect, but much weaker in influence and a few differences peraining to what it influences. Whatever it influences, hwoever, is always in tandem with yoru natal Mercury, which naturally dominates any Hermes influence. I persoanlly don't beleive that the Hermes-Mercury parallel is nearly as significant as the Chiron-moon parallel.
Asteriod conjunctions in synastry indicate a "boosts" their influence, but the ones you listed generally aren't associated that strongly with synastry, except maybe Psyche. However, Psyche tends to be regarded as a receptive body, and so i seems more significant in synastry when in aspect with it's more active counterpart, Eros. You didn't list your Eros placements, so I cannot comment on that, but Eros is probably the most significant asteriod in romantic relationships next to Chiron.
"Asc. conjunct his Desc. and vice versa"
This is a double whammy, and can give you that "fatedness" feeling. Double whammys can be an indicator of soulmates, but not necessarily so. Normally they just make the relationships much mroe pleasant and easy. Since this double whammy does not involve a body (planets, asteriods), it's not a particularly strong one, as double whannys go (they tend to be VERY strong), even if you feel its influence vey readily.
I hesitate to call your mutual asteriod conjunctions double whammys because as I said before, these aren't that significant in synastry (I might allow the Pysche-Pysche conjunction, although I'd be mosre impressed with a Eros-Eros conjunction - that conjunction tends to pack serious punch).
"Moon conjunct my Pluto (i heard there is obsession with this aspect, hmmm)"
Yes, this could mean a two-way obsession with one person dominating the other. You're the Pluto person so you would be the one aggreesively dominating him. This is a very enchanting aspect...at first. But it's very prone to possessiveness and jealously. Be careful.
"Neptune conjunct my Vertex"
This a spirirtual connection with this and a indicator this is a "growth" relationship, but it can go either way. On one hand his Neptune helps fuel your creativity and imagination, and may help you tap into so dormant creative potential. On the other hand, you may wrap yourself is illusion and self-deceit about him, never seeing who he really is unil it's too late. If that happens, your vertex will make sure you learn a powerful, life-changing lesson from that, but be warned that Neptune's disillusionments can be very bitter.
"Venus, Mars and Chiron conjunct his North Node."
This is a mixed blessing. You possibly have a karmic connection with him, and it'll be romantic in nature, but as Carol Willis says of Chiron, Chiron can be a "monkey wrench" in the whole affair, bringing in unforeseen revelevations, developments and reversals that could potentially be very wounding. Chiron forces us to grow and learn, but can leave lasting wounds.
To be quite honest, while there's evidently a lot of attraction, there's several heavy idicators that this relationship could leave one or both of you taxed and banged up emotionally and spiritually. This isn't a light, easy connection, but one, I suspect, is going to deal both of you some tough lessons in love and relationships. I can't say how up to the task either of you are, but if your mature enough, you'll handle this with grace. If not, look at it as opportunity to learn, experience and grow.
