Why does this composite chart on Widgets say that a Gemini Sun is square an Aquarian Venus. Plain and simple. I feel like a dope, so kindly let me know.

I thought despite the degrees that Gemini And Aquarian were always considered trine. What am I flubbing up now. This **shift** makes my head hurt like a bowling ball.

Sun Gemini 0 degrees 56
Venus Aqua 28 degrees 21

it's all because of the degrees..it's 90 degrees for a square, plus/minus the orb. it's about 93 degrees, I think, between that Sun and Venus.

Well that's just irritating, chafes my ass red for certain. All this time we thought we got along well because of the Gemini Sun and the Aquarius connection. I give up! LOL.

LILYGIRL -

Your 0 Degrees Sun in Gemini could also be considered closer to a Sun in Taurus if in relation to another person's placements. Also, the late Degrees of Venus in Aquarius could be considered closer to a Venus in Pisces in relation to another person's placements - again - depending on THEIR Degrees.

HOWEVER. All hope is NOT lost.

Although those nuances should definately be considered, I ALWAYS take into consideration how the Aspects work BY SIGN. We've discussed this here and a lot of people concur. There are times when you have to step outside of the mathematical contraints and consider Aspects by simple Signs - more intuitively.

As you learn more astrology, you'll be able to trust your intuition on this more and you'll be able to make the final judgement for yourself based on your personal observations.

Thanks AJ! Well it's interesting. When we barely knew each other he seemed very much like his Aqua Venus and Aqua Mars. Now that I know him more, he seems like a strong--if that's not a oxymoron--LOL--Pisces Sun and Pisces Mercury (which he is). Yeah my Gemini 0 degrees is tough. Half the time I act like Gemini Sun. The rest of the time like Taurus (I have a Taurus Venus in the 5th at 22). Thanks for your comment.

I can relate to the Taurus/Gemini thing. My Taurus Asc is at 29.40 Degrees. So Gemini energies take up most of my 1st House. I've never felt like ANY of the interpretations for Asc's fit me!
