I have recently started flying off the handle/becoming very angry at the most trivial things and was wondering if there are any transits etc at the moment that could be influencing me at the moment that would cause me to react this way

I am normally very centred and quite calm and laid back . My family dont like me at the moment I DONT like me at the moment ......help

You have a chart with very easy planetary connections, with only one square (challenging aspect) to your planetary energies. People with "easy" charts may tend to expect life to be "easy" so when the challenges of life occur they are unprepared. However, the challenges are all part of life and are a necessary part of personal growth.

There ARE some stressful transits going on now, which you can use to help grow and develop yourself. Most importantly, now is a GOOD time to develop patience and examine your "inner life".

You currently have a LONG transit (planets in the sky) of Uranus (friends, also rebellion) opposing (energy is over-excited by) your stellium (collection of energy) focused in the 5th house (self-expression). What this means is exactly what you described, you have an urge to rebel against others and express your point. I am suggesting using patience and calmness as an "antidote" to the nervousness Uranus creates.

Also you have transiting Saturn (duty, also structure restriction) conjuncting (energy is combined with) your Nadir (inner world). When Saturn goes across the Nadir we may feel inwardly restricted in some way. By using this energy to structure our inner world in a responsible way, we "do our duty" to our inner world and reduce the stress of this transit.

Are you able to draw up a Wheel based on your Natal & Transits? You got that one you put up from astro.com, and you can choose that option. I know it would be helpful to answer your question. Quicker to take a look.
