9 deg Scorpio ASC, 21 deg Scorpio Sun, 26 deg Aries Moon
All the same planets are rising but now, so is Mercury.

in 2014 when i'm 28 my chart is supposed to progress to Sag Sun, Leo Moon, Scorpio ASC with Saturn in my 1st house.

what does this mean for my personality? Will i incorporate Sag traits with my personality as it stands now? And will my physical features change and take on more Saturn like and Sagittarian features?

I'm not up on progressed signs, but I am a Scorp w/a Progressed Sun in Sag at 13 degrees. I find that I'm more relaxed and wanting to "play". The Prog Sun is also in my 4th house, which really makes me homebound. Everyone else is enjoying my cooking, that's fer sure!

I also have Mercury, Mars, Venus, Neptune and NN progressed in Sag, so maybe it's not just the Sun's rays here.

My Moon and Rising are in Virgo, so I can't help you out there.

Wow! That is very fascinating!

Because my progressed moon is currently in Aquarius, and I'm absolutely enthralled with this Aquarius man at the moment. He really does teach me a lot! How to be more objective (because.. I'm not) and he really encourages me to figure out things on my own (unlike most people who just do everything for me ^^;

I guess that explains my Progressed Virgo Moon hanging with my Virgo Sun man, eh?

And I just checked his. His Progressed Sun is in Scorpio!!! And his Prog. Moon is in Leo... sitting on top of my Natal Leo Moon!

It's not enough that we are Venus conj. in Scorpio w/my Mars, eh?

By progression this is an interesting and defining time in your life.

Even though you may not be involved with an Aries, you are definately involved. By progression your Moon is sitting on your natal descendant. (7th house cusp) A nice aspect that open doors, and solidifies relationships.

In approx. 4 months your Moon is going to leave Aries and progress into Taures. This will open another chapter in your life. Priorities will change and your focus will be in houses ruled by Venus (Taures and Libra)

Two month after that your Moon will progress to 2 Taures where it will be making the opposition with your natal Sun (full Moon) this is a crisis aspect where you will make some hard choices to resolve your issues.

but alas no not New Jersey, that place was named after our little island after the land was bequithed to some chap back in about 1600 following some good deed done by some other chap for the English crown and subsequently became part of your unions after the war of independance around 1770 ish - sorry my history of your nation is not as good as it once was 1776 ? is that right?

Sun Sag 5 deg

Moon Aries 9 deg
Mercury Sag 25 deg
Venus Sag 12 deg

I haven't been through a ton of major progressions, but I definitely noticed a change with my sun progression (though it might also be because of all the fire [ 3 in Sag, 1 in Aries, 1 in Leo, 2 grand trines in fire signs]).

It doesn't really change you completely, I don't think, but I've become a lot more open, playful, optimistic and all those other Sag traits. The Scorpio's still there, but I feel like it's been watered down, I guess. Or fire-d up? Lol, I don't know. But I feel more fire-y traits, definitely.

Well my sun is in cancer at the moment and my moon is in aries.

The sexy scorpio that has entered my life has his sun in capricorn at the moment and his moon is in cancer.

I guess it's the other way around then?
