Since you didn't provide your birth details it will be quite tricky for me to see how each of these placements affect each other as aspects between placements are very important.But anywho:

With a cap sun and Libra moon-this is generally refered to as a square aspect.This may mean that you have confidence issues or are overly shy.You tend to underestimate yourself and find it quite difficult to assert yourself as a person in your own right.You may like to fade away in the background too often.You allso will have difficulties deciding who you are and what you want from life.

The asc in Aries allso squares the sun in cap and opposes the moon in Libra.In the latter case this could mean you tend to project the wrong image to people.People often see you as a brave go getter,independent and quite combative which is actually not the case.You are more patient than hasty,more conservative than challenging etc etc.

With the former(asc opposition moon),this means you are rather moody and find it difficult to not be influenced by people.You tend to put up a front when hurt by someone and pretend everything is okay while in your own private space you resent them for hurting you and nurse old wounds.

The moon,mars,venus,and mercury in air(I call these the love planets),you are very much the intellect and are attracted to intellects.It may suggest that with your partner you are expressive and talkative or you attract people with intellect and wit.

If the asc makes aspects with mercury-You are clever and have quick reflexes.You catch on to a joke quit quickly and easily converse with strangers.

If the asc makes aspects with mars-You probably have a sporty body or are physically well built.

An Aqua stellium (three or more planets in the same sign) in the 11th probably means you've got a certain emphasis on friendships and the groups you belong to. You can see that other thread about your Mercury and Venus being conjunct if that's the case.

Gert, since his ascendant is Aries I think we can assume his Aqua stellium is also in it's own house (the 11th). You may be able to make aspect assertions from that.

I'm a Cap with lots of Fire and Air too. I've got a stellium in Sag in the 7th (an Air) house. We're probably not the most typical Capricorns.
