He embodies everything wonderful about a libra and the indeciveness too, but i have read that they need time to make up their mind about a women and they don't like the women to chase them or be to aggresive. I have not done any chasing or aggresive manuvers but i am getting a little concerned he will never make a move to become more involved.

I really like him but i don't want to screw things up either. I will find out his other info soon because i know i need it to help me figure him out, but for now any advice would be helpful.

ya could ask him to a party, social gathering ect, dress up, (refined but glam) displays of unfairness, vulgarity and arguments are anathema to the libran need for balance. So dont drink too much! engage them in conversation, dont be overly pushy, flirt in a light way ( librans are such natuaral flirts sometimes it surprises them when someone goes mmmm id like me some of that!)

The upside of the Libran indecisiveness is that when they make up their minds they usually have considered every opposing viewpoint with some detail, and will be firm in their descisions.
