libra78 unregistered	posted September 02, 2005 09:07 PM Hi all, this is to sort of follow up on my previous posting- I am interested in someone and she has 5 retrogrades (NOT including the North Node which makes it 6!) in their birth chart! Mercury, Venus, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Anyone have any idea as to what this could all mean together? I have never ever seen a chart with 5 retrogrades (in addition to a retrograde north node) and this is worrying me as I dont know how to analyze it. Your feedback is appreciated! IP: Logged

When they go direct - that's kinda like their "retrogade"..because their normal motion is retro.. IP: Logged

I've chalked it up to learning your lessons from observing within rather than observing others and learning from them. You must find yourself first before you can let others find you. Also, past life lessons tend to get repeated until you have them firmly ingrained in your DNA (seems that way anyhow). It's not BAD. It's just that these people might not be as outgoing or direct as people with few retros are. It makes one self-sufficient in a way. IP: Logged
lalalinda Moderator Posts: 1120 From: nevada Registered: Apr 2009	posted September 04, 2005 03:47 PM I have 5 planets Rx also, but none are personal planets (take that back one is Mercury) Mars and Venus are not good to have Rx because with Venus you never really connect in love (doesn't deny it you just don't feel it) and Mars Rx is where there is panic or tension when it comes to defending yourself or standing up to opposition. These definitions are in general and will be slightly altered according to house and sign. IP: Logged

SecretGardenAgain unregistered	posted September 04, 2005 07:17 PM i have five planets retro too although they are all the outer planets. i think retrograde venus would be tough but dont forget that other things matter a lot too. i mean, having direct venus in no way means that you are going to be satisfied, giving, or understood in love relations. i have so many hard aspects to my direct venus in the 7th that by no means is my love life satisfying its always turbulent and heartbreaking. Rx Venus also doesnt necessarily indicate that the person wont be loving. i think that depends a lot on the sign venus is in, house, and the aspects esp to sun and ascendant. post her placements? maybe we can take a look. for myself, retro outer planets have only meant for me that ive had more difficulty as i grow older, establishing my identity, standing up for my goals. all my headaches in life have been opposition from other people. rarely am i clouded or confused on a personal basis; never have i messed up my own life in a major way. mostly it is resentment and anger geared in the outer direction. SGA (and anyone else interested): here is her chart, I DO NOT know her birth time and she doesnt know either, so here is a possibility of what it could look like below. Also, the finding regarding past Presidents is interesting. I think it says 34% of our Top leader had NO retro's. Now that is rare.
