Soon transiting Saturn (ASC ruler) will square my natal Uranus (1st house co-ruler)and transiting Uranus will square my natal Saturn...and I do have Saturn/Uranus square aspect in my natal chart.
Any ideas what should I be ready for?

When transiting Saturn opposed my natal Neptune and transiting Neptune opposed my natal Saturn, I did have a very severe and long depression, I guess it was my Saturn/Neptune natal trine that saved me.

But this time there going to be no supportive natal aspects to soften this double transit..I am scared a little...

As I understand you, you will have transiting Saturn square natal Uranus, and soon after Transitinf Uranus square natal Saturn, is that right? Either way. this aspect can be very upsetting, particularly if you have let yourself get very set in your ways. Saturn rules structures that provide certainty to our lives, and Uranus rules sudden and unexpected changes. When the two are in aspect, particularly squared, Uranus shakes all the structures to the root, and this can leave you feeling disoriented and confused. Those things that you count on to be a certain way in your life to provide that safety for you, won't be there, and you are left adrift for a while. This is as it should be, of course, since many of these structures have been erected to keep you from dealing with uncertainties and questions about life, and as such, keep you from growing, as you should. All that you can count on now is the fact that you can’t count on anything. You must allow yourself to experience life, not hide from it. If you can stay flexible and try not to catorgize and fit everything into a known pattern, you will begin to feel more confidence in your ability to face life, without supports that only end up inhibiting your growth.

In other words, your crutches are going to get knocked out from under you, but its time for you to learn to walk without them.

If you can stay loose, and roll with things, you can gain a great deal of insight out of these aspects.

Good luck,

Lanny
