Topic: Chiron Square MC

Keeping on the emphasis on Chiron the last few days...I just noticed this aspect chiron makes to my Pisces MC. Chiron is in the 12th house (Taurus) What does this mean in relation to healing and my career? Chiron is also semi-sextile my Asc... Any insights??
