If in synastry one person's Sun squares the other's Jupiter, is it necessarily a bad thing to have? I read about this aspect and it says: While they get on well when they first meet, sharing the same ideas and tastes, with the years their ideas change and they do not develop in the same way. They will no longer understand each other and could split up because they no longer love each other, have nothing more in common. Is this inevitable? Can good aspects override this aspect? I have seen charts where many good aspects override this aspect.
------------------ Gemini sun, Cancer rising, mercury in Gemini, moon in Taurus *29, venus in Taurus, mars in Libra *´¨) ¸.·´¸.·*´¨) ¸.·*¨) (¸.·´ (¸.·´ * Lost in the peace of serenity Blind my eyes I cannot see Lost my soul but found my heart Again a time, when I shall start IP: Logged |

Sun Square Jupiter - the two of you may tend to over-extend yourselves as a couple, and encourage each other’s tendencies to self-indulge. The two of you may disagree on religion, philosophy, education, or politics. Not a favorable aspect for intimate relationships, since each of you will tend to take too much for granted. That being said, that is only one aspect in the synasty chart, and the chart is a Gestalt of all placements and aspects. I wouldn't let just this aspect cause me too much grief, but I would keep and eye out for its manifestations. Lanny
