Chiron is where a lot of healing or attempts at healing take place. The 6th House rules Health. You probably have a positive affect on their health, and/or, bringing attention to it (whether it is welcome or not).

If you have any family issues, that's the 4th House stuff. So you may feel comfortable talking to that person about your childhood or family, and you may feel you get real understanding from this person.

North Node is a little trickier. I think of the NN as a very NOBLE personality, not so much what we project as in the Rising, but more, the crux of ones ambition and true calling.

So you probably encourage that person to deal with their 3rd House issues, and they probably encourage you to deal with your 6th House issues.

That is to say, the North Node tries to bring out the best in a person. It can be resisted with other influences in the Chart, but usually, the North Node wins in the longrun.

That's my take.
