Venus in particulary is highly subject to the aspects it creates with Sun/moon etc. because altho the moon and asc / chart ruler may indicate long term compatiblity, venus is often the initial attraction or repulsion factor, the it factor, the make or break. It is SO important what the persons sun sign is with that Venus in Aqua. but trying, very difficultly, to isolate it, here is what i think: aqua venus and aries sun usually go well together, or aqua venus and aries mars. ive also seen aqua venus, if its a mans placement, go well with a womans cancer venus placement. a womans aqua venus will go well with a mans gemini mars, and libra mars. Just some observations, if someone has something to the contrary, they can add that. Love

I'm in agreement with SG -- I've seen a man's Aqua venus work well with a woman's Cancer venus. Not sure why.IP: Logged |

if it's the woman's venus (auqarius) in conjunction with the man's sun in aquarius, who's attracted to whom? Is her venus seducing him? Always unsure about venus in synastry.IP: Logged |

I have Venus in Aqua and I have three signs that my venus was compatiable with tightly.
Mars-Aqua
Mars-Libra
Mars-SagSandra Venus in Aqua would be highly attracted to a Aqua Sun, BUT the Sun if its a male would be highly, highly attracted to the Venus in Aqua female... IP: Logged |

I have Venus in Aqua (*sigh*) and I've had some um.. interesting times with these Venus placements (for better or worse, these were the most intense matches):
Venus in Leo (lots of romance, but lots of shouting.. and making up  )
Venus in Aries (he was very much the pursuer, I was the coy feminine creature here... fun, good sexual compatibility!)
Venus in Taurus (also VERY good sexual compatibility, but I felt the friction of this square. Needs/wants incompatible)The most harmony, but not intensity (well maybe, in a more ethereal way) was with a fellow Venus in Aqua. But really, as always with compatibility, you need to look at the whole chart of both individuals.
