...yet no answers do I find.So I have a question to whoever feels he/she knows a fair amount of astrology and can make some valiant contribution. Oh...sorry, Hi. I am an Archer (Sun) with an ascending Capricorn and Aquarius moon. I have a few other planets in Sag too, and a Virgo True node (anyway, I don't really understand the true node it yet, but anyway...). So the question I want to pose is which signs and/or combinations of signs would work good in a relationship? So far I seem to always be attracted to Virgo's, Capricorns (sometimes), Taurusses (or is that Tarians??...whatever), Cancers (sometimes) and Gemini's. Now, as far as I know and my own personal experiences of the past have shown me, these don't work out to well with my sign (no offense to those of you that are one of those signs). And, rightly so, as all of them lie in "difficult" positions to my sun-sign. But WHY then would I ALWAYS be attracted to these signs, even though its most of times spell certain doom to me?? ((So I guess the question is two-fold, firstly why and secondly which others will be better). For those who want MORE info to do a more detailed study (lol), my full chart: Planet Sign Sun Sagittarius Moon Aquarius Mercury Sagittarius Venus Scorpio Mars Sagittarius Jupiter Leo Saturn Virgo Uranus Scorpio Neptune Sagittarius Pluto Libra True Node Virgo Hope someone can help with an answer IP: Logged |

Welcome Myth54!!Many ask the same question...I don't have all the answers, and some with more experience reading charts can take a look at yours and help. I also am a Sag Sun, Aquarius Moon and Sag Mars, so we tend to be very dynamic and active, a little detached but always friendly (Aqua Moon), acting in a very forthright and direct manner(Sag Sun AND Mars in action here), sometimes stepping on toes, which happens sometimes, especially if our Sag exuberance precedes our brain and out pops a comment...(Mercury in Sag). It wasn't intended to zing, but zing it does...ouch. A compatible sign might be Libra or Aquarius, sometimes even Gemini and this is just a generalization, there are other factors involved than just the sun sign. Sometimes you just can't explain it, especially if two sun signs, like Taurus and Sag aren't supposed to get along, but you do. There are aspects in your charts in play here. One of my longest and deepest friendships is with a Scorpio woman, her Mercury is in Sag and mine is in Scorpio, I understand her way of thinking and she understands mine. from earth the sun and moon seem to go around an orbit formed accros the earth. these two orbits meet each other at 2 positions exactly 180 degrees from each other. these two points in the sky are called north node and south node.IP: Logged |

Aquas and air sign might be a good match, just be sure they aren't all airy (I have a Scorpio Venus too, so it might be hurtful when they seem so aloof and insensitive to your deep passions)IP: Logged |

quote: With North Node in Virgo, our South Node is in Pisces. With North Node in the sixth house, our South Node is in the twelfth house.A tendency to avoid dealing with the details and practicalities of everyday life, to lead a rather haphazard and unorganized existence, to avoid formulating clear goals, and to put too much faith in a grand plan while neglecting practical concerns are some of the issues this position suggests. With this position, we need to work on developing some healthy and practical routines and schedules. Otherwise, we may be victim of vague worries and anxieties. Winging life is fine to an extent, but without clear goals and some orderliness, we can easily feel like we are not in control of our lives. With this position, we have great compassion for others. Taken too far, however, we risk getting used. Our goal should be to establish limits for others and ourselves, to develop a more focused mind and orderliness that will empower us with confidence in ourselves and our lives, to develop systems that will help us to be more productive, and to pay attention to deadlines, details, and rules that will enrich our lives. By structuring our lives, we will be able to come closer to achieving our dreams.

I think, unfortunately, that no matter what the astrology it's going to be a lot of trial and error. Based on Sun alone, I'd suggest trying out a Libra. Libra is a complimentary air sign, and it's Cardinal while you're Mutable, which can be complimentary as well.IP: Logged |
