I just got out of a love triangle this summer.
I was the 3rd person of the triangle . It's a sad & long story but I'll share it if anyone's interested.So are you in a love triangle?

He takes a long time to commit to anyone because he has high standards and a sensitive heart and wants to make sure he picks the right girl (his exes used him & cheated on him). He actually did something out of character that he never did before, he broke up with her 2 days into their relationship, because of my love confession. He was like “I did that because this is not a situation with any other girl, it is you, the perfect woman of my dreams, my best friend”. He wanted time to think about who he should be with because he really couldn’t believe that after all these years I finally fell in love with him. He was torn between us because I’m his Ms. Right/Ms. Perfect for him, but she was just like him but not perfect for him. He told me he always wanted a girlfriend/wife that was the perfect woman just like him. I spent the summer answering his many questions and trying to prove to him that I loved him and that I wasn’t being fickle like before. During this time, he didn’t have sex with neither of us because he knew in the end of this triangle, one of us would get hurt. He knows both of us would get more attached to him if we had sex with him. In typical Taurean fashion, he took forever to make a decision (2 months) and because he couldn’t make up his mind, he sought the advice of his mother, brother and best guy friend. They all told him the same thing: “it would be wrong for you to start a relationship with SweetCappie after you started something serious with the other girl. You need to be a real man about this and stick to your principles. If you do decide to be with SweetCappie, you’ll need to truly break things off with the other girl.” He knew me for longer but felt that because he started a relationship with her, that he has to finish what he started. I respect his decision because if I wasn't the one in the triangle, and he asked me for advice, I'd tell him the same thing.So I'm still in love with him, heartbroken and remorseful for telling him to move on. I know for a fact that if he didn't committ to her or if I confessed a week earlier how I felt, we'd be together. He still loves me and is sad that the situation ended like this. I hope & pray that one day in the near future I'll get a chance again. Unfortunately that won’t happen unless they breakup. The good thing is we are still friends. Comments/advice is welcome. ------------------

I'm in a love triangle right now. I have to choose between two guys, and they're complete opposites (which makes it even harder for me to choose). I'm scared to make a decision cuz I know that once I choose one over the other, that's it. The chosen one will be The One.IP: Logged |

His astro data 5/5/78 Brooklyn, NY, birthtime unknown but most likely after 6pm when the Moon enters Taurus (he doesn't have any characteristics of a moon in Aries plus he has characteristics of a double Taurus). Venus sq Neptune (composite) - this is how I interpreted this aspect: I believe we both have each other up on a pedestal. I have spoke to him before of my fears of being called "perfect"(for him). I know he knows my bad side, and I know his. I believe he recognizes and accept my faults even when he say's "your flawless in my eyes". I always remind him that I'm definitely not flawless, and he reminds me the same. I know I recognize and accept his faults, we are all human and not perfect beings. I can definitely live with his temper, especially because it takes a great deal and alot of button-pushing to anger him. As for me, well my temper is easier to activate and I wonder if he ever makes me angry, if he can really take it. Fortunate for him, he has a calming effect on me, no matter what mood I'm in, he makes me happy. We are both honest and direct and nip conflicts in the bud as soon as they arise. I've learned from him how to communicate effectively during arguements. Before I would yell and not care if I interrupt the other person, but he on the other hand, remains respectful and calmly points out if I am raising my voice or interrupting without listening. Nobody ever took that approach with me before so I noticed it immediately and made conscious efforts to be respectful and diplomatic.IP: Logged | |
